After further reading, I understand the two other picks are second round picks besides the first round pick I mentioned above.

Yes, plus I think they have the option to swap number 1's in 2015(?).

Maybe I missed it but are there any more details about the draft picks the Bulls receive? I understand one is first round pick in 2015 that is top 14 protected. It seems the Bulls made a trade for their future.

I thought the 1st rounder was a 2014 Top 12 protected. Two second rounders this year and the right to swap first round picks next year.

I'll admit I don't follow Euro basketball as closely as I have in the past, but I am not aware of Mirotic coming to the NBA. Last I heard he was making $5M or so in Spain, and Real was working on an extension. Can you point me to the source that says he is coming to the NBA next year?

:D ;)

A deal between the Bulls and European prospect Nikola Mirotic is almost done, a source tells Aggrey Sam of CSNChicago.com. The terms are unclear, but his buyout from Real Madrid of Spain, which will cost the equivalent of more than $3MM, can be spread out over multiple seasons, Sam writes, making it much more feasible for the 6’10″ forward to join the Bulls this year. Mirotic has reportedly already decided to come to the NBA for next season, though it appears he’s been seeking assurances from the Bulls that they won’t trade his rights.
