I noticed this guy last year when he just got a cup of coffee with us. When I saw him I was thinking closer.

No. He does well the first round of batters but the 2nd go he is poop. Maybe 2 innings too is his max.

Cecconi, like most relievers, struggles to locate his secondary stuff. He also seemed to be tired really early in the game. Looking forward to seeing what Diaz has to offer but he’s another guy that has average to below average control. I’d be interested to see what Jarvis could do as a starter but I’d imagine it will not happen this year since he’s been so good in his current role.
