Somebody go try that new wrap thingy from Subway and let me know if if tastes good. I figure if I eat a whole one and then like leave 2 bites on the second one, that would be 20 carbs for the day :|

Yep, it kicks ass....I feel like Chuck Norris. I keep asking my wife if she feels like Christy Brinkley and she runs into the bathroom and crys. It is in mint condition....and I was going to spend $300.00 at Costco for this sucker.

I hate her anyways..she is only going on a diet to lose 8 lbs. I tell her, "I lose 8 pounds everytime I take a dump."

:biglaugh:

Now Gus is looking at me wondering why I am laughing at work.

My wife ******* about she wants to lose 12 pounds (she's 135) - yet she won't change her eating habits. She thinks that running on the treadmill while reading a magazine will be the panacea for weight loss.

I think she looks good as is...a bit of junk in the trunk, but not bad

It is still siting in my living room, so I guess it will be a coffe table before long. I worked out really hard yesterday, which was stupid because I am too sore to move it upstairs

At my wife's work they started a diet challenge inwhich everyone chipped in money. The pool is now at $2,500. Whoever loses the most weight by June gets the whole enchilada!

I have to say that I'm proud of my wife for joining. Not because of the fact she'll lose weight. But because she stuffed her pockets full of office stuff and drank lots of water before the first weigh in! That helped her gain 9 lbs!

:D

I can't particpate with the Atkins Diet. With my cholesteral being way too high - my wife would slap the bacon outta me!

:(

Aw well I just do the asian diet of rice and fish. I'll probably die of mercury poisoning!

I might get in on this...I was sticking around 195 and feeling good...I played basketball for 2.5 hours three times a week, but then I disclocated my shoulder for the third time in 6 years, and now can't play anymore until it heals, or I get surgery and that heals.

So that happened in mid-December, and I havent' done a thing since, and now I feel like I've already jumped a belt size.

I am thinking I'd get on Atkins again, but one of the great things about playing hoops was being able to eat mostly what I wanted, and not gain anything.

Anyone know if a stationary bike is a good thing to do? It's hard to get up, and go jogging cause I get bored out of my mind, but if I had a book or TV to watch, I think I could ride the bike in the mornings.

I think ye just answered yer own question. In short - whatever it takes! From my understanding - good cardio is one of the keys to losing weight. At least thats what Dr. Phill says....even though he looks like he should read his own book!
