Finally got to finish watching the entire NE game. What a pathetic performance by the offensive line the last 3 run plays. After doing so well on the first two. Maybe they thought the game was in the bag but NE just blew them up after the 13 yard run.

Hopefully they learned to play hard to the final gun.

Actually our offense could use a little of that mentality. They're still too soft.

The Defense already has it courtesy of Ray Horton and that's how the Cards went from 1-6 to 9-2.

As an aside: that guy for NE, Kyle Love #74, is a load.

this really is a ridiculous turnaround. if you add in the record of the last 11 games from the previous season, we went from a 3-15 funk to a 9-2 upswing. that's pretty incredible. let's hope we keep climbing this week.

I'm going to say that we should gasp... just wait it out and see how these guys do.

It's ALwAYS a good idea to collect O line talent, if I was a GM, "I wish" that would be my first and biggest hobbie in the sport, finding the best O line I could for the budget I had for that.

That's why I think you have to let guys play together a while to evaluate them as a whole.

I'll say this for Grimm, he can teach O lines how to pass block relatively fast, I think when you evaluate a guy like Grimm it's easy to bag on them too hard, then again he's had input into our O line talent since he got here and Levi is his chosen one I believe so you have to factor that in but just being objective about it he's done pretty well when he rebuilds these things in getting them to play.

It's also something to keep in mind that the QB has more to say about how they play than anything, they kept Warner clean enough, I mean you'd always love to have more time but again every team out there's mission is to get to the QB, they invest a ton of money to get this done, it's always a two sided war and it's easy to forget this too.

The Cardinal coaching staff isn't the best on the planet for sure but they're a massive upgrade over what we usually have, there I admitted it.

This should make Shane happy at least. :)

Solved?

Strong wordage for a guy starting his 3rd game. Hes played better than expected from what we saw in preseason.

Of course I hope he does turn out to be our long term RT, but time will tell. Regardless, we need to stock up on Olinemen next year in the draft. We are painfully thin on the line. Plus Id like to replace Levi and Snyder. I think Colledge, Sendlein, Massie and a stud LT and tstud G could really give us a good line.
