Non ball knowing Kyler haters are talking a lot of nonsense tonight. I think Kyler hatred is some sort of mental illness. Sometimes plays like this happen. You don't HAVE to find some imaginary ******** to nitpick about a player. There was no room for "touch" on that pass in that situation.
Bull. You see guys like burrow and mahomes make those throw with necessary touch and placement... Not to ever confuse Kyler with either. Just sayin.

Touch on that pass and Witherspoon runs it back 100 yards the other direction.

My argument is more a focused situation at a poster coming at my post. Kyler missed MHJ 4-5 times by either throwing it way in front or way behind . Nevermind the other receivers he missed in a similar way over the course of the season.

Whether you think you do or don’t know ball, go back and watch all the wide open misses go back and watch all the “oh no someone is close I’ll just lay downs” or the “ oh no I’ll run backwards and lose 20 yards before I lay downs”.

Kyler isn’t the only problem but he is a BIG problem. Multiple weapons, multiple coaches and the SAME results.

I don’t hate Kyler, I want nothing more than for him to be amazing and the best qb this team has ever seen! He’s gotten more rope than any qb that’s ever played for the Cards. You tell my me has it been with it?

"Show ignored content" rarely pays off.

Someone mentioned in another comment that KM didn’t hurt his stock nor did he improve his stock after this game. To me that sums up KM perfectly. He can be the QB to keep you right in the dead zone of wins. No playoffs and crappy middle of round draft pick. Viscous cycle of mediocrity
People say this but have no viable options to replace him with someone better! Your not gonna eat the kind of money they would have too, to go with a lesser talent QB just not gonna happen.

it’s just not the right fit unfortunately. Gannon wants us to look like Philly or Cousins Minnesota which means Kyler needs to not turn the ball over and be a game manager while the D does their thing.

Unfortunately I don’t think it’s in his DNA and there’s always going to be the bonehead plays. But unlike when you had Kliff orchestrating things he’s not making nearly enough splash plays in this offense.

So we’re kinda screwed because he’s average.

I agree.

So, time to try and change our mindset as a franchise. We have always, since the days of Coryell and Lomax, tried to create the most potent passing offense in the NFL. Always putting the majority of our assets into QBs and WRs. Skimping on things like the dline or some other position.

So, eff it. Go for a top defense. Win games that way. I don't care if we have a mid QB and ride a defense deep into the playoffs.

Why the hell not?

Fact! We even saw it today within hours on the same channel . Well said!
Right. I think the point of all this is, with that specific throw in that situation...the good QBs know they absolutely have to have perfect timing and accuracy/touch....or stuff like that happens. JMO

Touch also means throwing a ball down and away where only the receiver can catch it. Some of these “matter of fact” posters will never get these things.

The Rams did not look great. Especially Stafford. They are going to get rolled in the playoffs unless their offense steps it up quite a bit like they did against the Bills.

We weren’t moving off Kyler no matter what happened these last two games.

i think we are in position to fill the remainIng holes on this team.
A dt that get pressure up the middle, a true Edge rusher, a speed receiver and some depth on the oline.
That should not be impossible to do.
