Beanie Wells should have been running the ball down there on 3rd and 3 and 4th and 3. Sorry Whis, but that NEEDS to happen. His power is what was needed.

There's a reason the Saints didn't cover him ... :D

Yep he probably would have dropped it but he was completely uncovered. Kurt just had to throw quickly because of the pressure

Next year maybe. We don't have the power on the oline this year to do that.

I still say if Urban doesn't fumble that ball it's a different game. The defense had just given up a TD and had to come right back out, that changed the whole game IMHO

IF...Matt Ware was 6'3" were Super Bowl Champs!!!

Well its been a good ride. I'm not even mad or embarrassed. Ok maybe a little embarrassed. The guys just ran out of gas and met a rested jugernaunt.

I really think the rest vs. tired factor played a large role in this game. It was some horrible scheduling to make the Cards play the last game of the week 6 days ago and then the first game of the week a week later.

That 99 yard drive by the Titans may have cost us a chance to advance in the playoffs this year. (not to mention losing to the 9ers twice, ugh)

Precisely the point. He can plough through guys on his own, if need be. He can be his own blocker and rush the ball at the same time. At that point, it was needed.

Ugh.

To avoid that you need a higher seed.

This game should teach these turn it on anytime we want clowns that you can't lose 2 games to the 49ers without consequences.

This team needed this game, an absolute ass pounding so they can get it through their heads that they need to play football all year long.

At least we won't have to sweat out a close finish. We may have only 2 possessions left in the game.

Thank you for another GREAT year Cards! Keep scrapping and you'll get there! Keep your heads held high Card fans 2 years ago this is the position we would have loved to have be in. The Cardianls have blessed us and NFL fans everywhere with the second most entertaining Super Bowl ever played and possible the most entertaining playoff game ever played all within a span of one year. I am proud of my Cardinals and everyone who has ridden this ride since the disappointing years of Cardinals football. Thanks again Cards, I look forward to seeing you play agian next year!!!!!!!

he was done 2 years ago. We need some fresh blood.

I have no idea what we have in Cody Brown since he missed all season with an injury but I'm looking forward to seeing more of Will Davis. He's gotten some good pressure on the QB in his limited playing time.

I agree. All you have to do is think back to the Dave Mac and Dennis Green years to put this game into perspective. Heck, may as well throw in Vince Tobin, Buddy Ryan, Gene Stallings, Joe Bugel, Bud Wilkinson, Jim Hanifan, and even Hank Kuhlman. Did I miss anyone?
