Not liking that when Kolb scrambles, he goes backward and can't seem to get rid of the ball.

Disregarding Keith's penalty, that sack took us out of field goal range. Would have been about a 49 yard attempt if Kolb throws it away.

He's gotta make better decisions there.

Kolb didn't have much time to make that decision. LB was coming clean and fast

Beanie = Out of the NFL circa 2012.

The dude is 22 and just needs to develop the finer aspects of the game. He is averaging over 6 yards a pop tonight but obviously needs some coaching

I just hope that someone is working with him and that he is listening.

Kolb was out of the pocket. He had time to throw it out of bounds. He has to know that he can't take a sack that will knock them out of FG range. He did the same thing against GB.

Those three points will be huge in a regular season game.

Kolb still looks like a young inexperienced QB...I've got to say--again--he reminds me a lot of Jake Plummer.

He hasn't gotten much of a chance..

If I'm not mistaken, Rivers and his crew are still in the game

Horrible :sarcasm:

There's 100s of running backs who can gain big yardage running in a straight line when there's a huge hole and nothing when there isn't.

Quality NFL RBs gain big yardage when there's a huge hole and something when there isn't.

I've never seen a guy who just falls down everytime he tries to change direction like Wells.

He played pretty well once he got a coach who knew the QB position...so theres hope. Kolb will only get better he hasnt started many NFL games

Much much more focused and Intelligent then Plummer could ever dream to be. I do some physical similarities in terms of stature but Kolb has better arm and is generally more accurate.

Well see. There's enough there to get excited for the upcoming season.

There is more truth to this than many will acknowledge.

Bartel might end up pushing Skelton for the number 2 spot. It isn't really pretty, but he seems to get it done.
