^ There you can watch Waltons play. The thing w/ Waltons play was it was concealed by sort of being in the air and being some what a basketball play. Rajas was WAY more obvious and in the open court. Thatll probably be what costs him.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=VKAj0HQnsuA&search=kwame brown

^There is Browns foul. To me THAT was the worst of the three. Watch home Kwame completely extends his arm to maximize the impact. And THEN has the idiocy to go stand over Diaw like a thug.

I think Kwame's shouldve been a suspension and so should Bells. Probably not Waltons.

Chandler Mike, if I were a moderator, anyone quoting one of t.r.h.'s posts in full would be immediately banned.

Raja has been doing some flopping this series and I think this was Kobe doing a little bit of acting and taking advantage of Raja being out of position. Raja did not intend to closeline Kobe rather he wanted to give him a bearhug to stop him, but he had a poor angle (bad decision on Raja's part to try to foul).

Looked a lot worse than it really was.

If it wasn't for that last push with his right hand at the end, I'd totally agree with you. It could be construed as a situation like: Kobe had him beat and Raja tried to foul him before he went up for the shot and keep it as a sideout foul but was so far out of position that when he went for the ball he got nothing but shoulder and neck.

If he had held on to kobe and tried to prevent him from hitting the ground the league would probably be a lot more lenient. However, the last push, while it doesn't necessarily show any pre-meditation, shows a complete lack of remorse for what was a dangerous play and in my mind would warrant a suspension.

Therealhardaway, also known as baltimorer. No one should be subjected to reading his drivel. Let those of us who have put him on Ignore have our peace.

Well, while I'm not going to go nuts over this...if this guy is that much of a trouble maker, why is he still here?

And secondly, how can you expect everyone to know who he is, and as such, warrant an immediate banning? Are you kidding me?

I kind of figured that, but I don't see his name anywhere in this thread.

It's generally considered that baltimorer is therealhardaway returned from banning, but he's never said that. He's never denied it, either.

what i mean by it not being a "big deal" is that a player typically wouldn't get a technical foul if they undercut another player or be suspended for doing so.

Unfortunately, you are right. I wish there were more repercussions for undercuts as they can have a major impact on the sport. Ultimately, nothing of the sort will happen until a major star (like Lebron/Kobe/MJ in his prime) gets undercut and suffers a major injury.

Dude, lighten up. The Suns won, we should be happy. I was making a joke.

However, I'm serious that (a) baltimorer is almost certainly t.r.h., (b) I find his posts incredibly annoying, and (c) I would very much prefer not to be exposed to them, if possible.

he's definitely gonzo - there's WAYYYYYYY too much talk from EVERYONE about should he or shouldn't he and right there that should tell you it was a HUGE play. It won't be ignored by the front office.

I still think comparing a premaeditaed clothesline at the top of the key isnt comparable to a hard foul on a driving layup under the hoop - and since when do people get suspensions for just taunting? You guys are reaching here. Apparently DA talked to Bell a couple minutes earlier and told him he was close to the egde and not to go over it - well, he did and now he'll be gone and so will the series on Thursday.

I just hope the Suns learned something from this series - come playoffs, you better be ready to mix it up and get VERY physical - we got off easy last year with the patsies in the first round who couldn't win a playoff game if their lives depended on it and that tissue soft Dallas squad - eh - I'm rambling.

Mark it down - he's done and he should be - dumb play. Dumb freaking play.

If he DOES play - I epxect us to win becauee I think Kobe will try to go for 80 against him but I in now way see that happening - too much talk.

For some reason, Eric, whenever you bring up trh (or baltimorer), I just get a smile on my face.

I hope he does because we will beat the Lakers in that case.

He started doing that tonight when things didn't work out for them and I started cheering...we will beat them over and over if he plays that game.

Im not sure what play you are referring to here. If you mean Kwames play, I beg you to go watch the video I posted the link to. He elbowed Diaw hard, and fully extended his arm intentionally to try to do maximum damage.

It was nothing really. I have just had a few arguments with Chaplin over the past couple months. When Amare was about to come back, I said maybe it'd be best if he didn't, chap said the doctors know best, then when amare played really well that first game, I said that he probably is going to have a setback, chap said there was no evidence of that, then when he started struggling, i said amare is going to be shut down before the week is up, chap said amare is not done for the season, then when the suns announced amare was done for the season, i said I told ya so, chap pressed the ignore button.

well, everyone's referring to him standing over him afterward - it was an elbow, down low and a hard foul, but a bordeline suspension call - it wasn't an arm around the throat, predmeditated - ah, screw it - there was a reason I stopped reading and posting here - a total lack of objectivity.

Go Suns.

LOL

I didn't even say anything in this thread about you other than who you are.

And I still trust that the doctors knew what they were doing. Amare's left knee was fine, and it STILL is fine.

Now, that's a mature response. Come on cheese. You're mad because some people disagree with you?

For what it's worth I'm in complete agreement. There is a difference between calculated intent and heat of the moment carelessness of emotions. Sometimes that difference is small and both end up with a suspension, however in this case, I don't think the league will see them equally.

So you HAVE been reading my posts!

Well, you said that I was some obnoxious kid who got banned on this forumn like 5 years ago and now is back trying to annoy people with his nonsensical bullsh... er, I mean nonsense. Now, obviously you didn't say that word-for-word, but that's my impression of therealhardaway from prior references, so to insinuate that is just the same.

I think the Bell play would warrant a suspension, looking at it with no context. However, the Kwame shove down plus taunt manuever was certainly worse and it would be completely hypocrytical for the league to suspend Bell but not Kwame. Not to mention the "loose ball" foul.
