Was looking at some rumor stuff, and about two weeks ago there was this.

http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/20960590/zach-lowe-2017-18-nba-tiers-ratings

The Suns will surely listen if and when suitors call for Eric Bledsoe. They've explored the possibility of moving off Jared Dudley and Tyson Chandler, sources say, though they likely feel no urgency to dump them; Phoenix remains just under the salary floor.

So maybe the 'pieces' that might get shipped along with Bledsoe (and any other disgruntled) might be Tyson Chandler and Jared Dudley.

On the bright side for the suns... there's a solid group of young guys who have tons of potential, and that's a wet dream for any up and coming coach who wants to develop a team into his own. Only concern I have is McD, who is pure analytics, and probably doesn't know x's and o's of basketball enough to really hire a good coach.

Keep getting updates from ESPN about Bledsoe... sounds like he'll be traded within 24 hours.

Knicks reportedly interested in Bledsoe.
Ian Begley‏@IanBegley

Ian Begley Retweeted Adrian Wojnarowski

The Knicks are among the teams who have reached out to Phoenix recently about trading for guard Eric Bledsoe, per league sources.

BTW. This is the danger of tanking. Players get discouraged and disinterested. It gets you picks, but overall, its horrible for morale.

Sitting a healthy Bledsoe last year has led to this.

100% conjecture. Bledsoe seemed more unhappy with Watson firing.

It’s REALLY good to read there are multiple teams aggressively pursuing Bledsoe trade. That means his value stays relatively high despite his comments putting suns in bad position.

Bledsoe's play has been uninspired and "unhappy" and that was before Watson was fired. Bledsoe asked to be traded before the season started. That was before Watson was fired.

Why would Bledsoe want that? He was vocally unhappy about sitting last season. Any OTHER reason would be conjecture.

Bledsoe was not putting out the effort if he wanted Watson to stay.

Whoa! WTH Earl????

Watson's approach certainly did not help.

“He went in there after one of the losses — I think it was the Clippers — and kind of made it an us versus management and ownership situation where he said, ‘Look, they only gave me two weeks to get this thing going,’ and he kind of … he was always philosophical and I think the players kind of lost him with that.

“He also told them, ‘It’s us against them, they only gave me two weeks.’ And then when word got back, they were like, ‘Wait a second, we never said you only have two weeks. What are you doing?’ So I think he was trying to create like an us-against-the-world mentality. Part of that was us against Suns ownership and management.”

Absolutely now. Bledsoe asked to be traded BEFORE Watson was hire. Gambo said he actually talked with Bledsoe an hour before the announcement about Watson and that the Watson firing had nothing to do with the tweet.

That is firing offense. You do not pit your underlings against your supervisors and keep your job.

Agree. This is not the way to coach.

I wonder if Watson had been using this type strategy before.

Want to know what Dudley thinks?!!

I am even willing to give Chandler some room. It may be that his uninspired play was a reaction to Watsons nonesense.
