According to "HIS" sources, here's what he's been hearing:

Kobe's top priority is to play for PHX next year.

Kobe & McGrady want to play together.

McGrady wants that team to save space for him the following year.

Run with it, fellas...

Flat out ridiculous.

First of all we would have to sign Kobe and not have the capspace or sign and trade Marion so we have enough capspace to afford McGrady next season.

Best scenario would be to sign Kobe and trade Marion and our pick for TMac possibly even JJ thrown in.

Well maybe that thought wouldn't be so ridiculous if you didn't consider the media rivarly between TMac and Kobe.


During the allstar game for example. Garnett, Duncan and TMac were asked the same question during an autograph session.

Who gives you most problems playing against LA? TMac grabbed the microphone and said for them it is Shaq, for me it is nobody.

that would be sweet... i dont see it happening but if it did... the move then would to have McGrady say he is going to opt out forcing Orlando to move him and trade Marion and whatever else it takes other than Amare to get the deal done... that would be a great team for a long long long time....

I don't even live in Phoenix, I've never heard his show ... and even I know that's ridiculous. From what gets repeated on this board, it's clear that he is completely full of it and almost everything he says is "just throwing stuff out there."

Yeah Gambo IS a big mouth. But he does have inside sources.

If he says he has an inside source I believe there is some truth to that.

When he offers his own opinion it is a lot of crap usually but when he says he has inside sources I have to believe him a little. He does have sources I think, probably more than anyone else.

Orlando would have to be very desperate to go for that.

I don't understand how Gambo can know this, let alone the Suns. Look how hard the NBA punished the Timberwolves with the Joe Smith fiasco, this would be tampering on a monumental scale

This is not tampering. The Twovles signed Joe Smith to an illegal contract.
The Suns probably only talked with the agents. Afterall it was rumored that Kobe's agent already inquired about some teams having interesst.

The offseason can't come soon enough that is for sure.

TMac, Kobe and Amare, AWA could sell 100.000 tickets every night , lol.
