I'm sorry you guys, I LOVE the Suns, but to compare Walton's foul, on a guy who right underneath the hoop going for a layup and Berll straight out clotheslining someone and then throwing his ass to the ground is ridiculous.

We showed up too physical too late - hopefully it taught us something for next year though.

I'll say, the NBA would be smart NOT to put Bell on the bench - Game 6 with everyone playing will be an all-out war.

He waited until he was up in the air grabbed him by the shoulders and threw him to the ground. Yes, they are equal.

Even Kwame's elbow and then promptly standing over Diaw should have been worth something

I believe all 3 offenses should have lead to suspensions but by suspending one guy while letting the other 2 go is a MASSIVE double standard. The league let the inmates run the assylum thus far but it will change because it happened to a superstar

How can you even compare the 2? Luke got Tim Thomas on his ARMS and he was making a play on the basketball.

Raja made no play on the ball and clotheslined Kobe across his neck - Then He threw him to the floor.

Raja is getting suspended.

I agree that Raja will probably be suspended, but Walton clotheslined Tim Thomas. That's a fact.

Give me a break Kobe elbowed Raja in the face 4 plays before. These two were going back and forth and the NBA owes the suns that one. They better not screw us seeing as it will show a big double standard.

This has been a great first round all around, but is there anything much better than this series?

Yes, anything would be better. I dont like this sloppy out of control junk. Its intense and makes for an interesting story, but its been sloppy overly physical basketball.

Also, Chris I originally wrote crap instead of junk. can we say crap?

Did you guys see that?

Ronny Turiaf came up to Phil Jackson, who almost dropped his clipboard. Turiaf caught it and looked at Phil like, "Uh oh. Sorry I touched your clipboard." :D

lol, I totally predicted this. Phil Jackson is going to call some useless timeouts down the stretch just like he did in that series against us like 5 years ago. It was a blowout game and calls a timeout to set up a play with less than a minute left. Scott Skiles was upset and called a timeout. Then Phil called another. Anybody remember that?

He grabbed him by the arms while he was up in the air and pulled him down from behind. He's lucky that Tim Thomas landed the way he did or else it would have been a flagrant 2.

Both were cheap shots, I agree but its a double standard to let one go and massively punish the other guy

No - and hopefully the NBA knows that - you know they'd like ntohign mroe than to have a Lakers v. Suns Game 7 on the Weekend - hopefully that thought clouds their mind over what should be an easy suspension call on Bell. I mean rapping your arm around his neck and then shoving his face tyo the ground? I lvoe that Bell's not a patsy out there and doesn't take Kobe's crap, but that play was just stupid.

There is no way anyone can say what Raja did is worse than Kwame Browns intentional elbow then mocking of Diaw. The L.A. Lakers are garbage

I didn't say that the basketball was pretty, but this series has been INTENSE. You'd be blind if you didn't think so.

Why don't you go change your pants since we all know you probably dropped a load in them during the game and get ready for a fierce game on Thursday.

Ok, so what? We agree that he shouldn't have done that, but does that one play take away how intense this series has been?

he grabbed him by the arms when he went up for a layup - hardly a clotheline - a hard foul - yeah? But not the stupid right out in the open cheap shot that Bell just gave KObe.

Thw two aren't comparable IMO.

oh please..it wasnt like he threw a freaking punch, it was a hard, intentional, foul. If they suspend Bell, then this league is a complete joke. There are hard fouls, night in and night out. No way they suspend him. If they suspend him then they should suspend Kobe for throwing elbows and inciting Kwamie's thugness in game 3.

Uh, no. Did I say it didn't?

I'm just venting on Bell's stupidity, not trying to pick a fight.

Come on now, Luke Walton took him out AT his neck. Watch the play again.

On another note, FINALLY Steve Nash says something about the Walton and Kwame fouls.

He grabbed him by the arm and pulled him down from behind. Grabbing arms ... not a big deal, pulling down from behind equals cheap shot worthy of suspension

Nash finally grew some cajones and is calling out the officials ... BRILLIANT

Nash: I paraphrase:

Bell shouldnt get suspended, the refs have already screwed us over enough

Kwame knocked over Diaw and stood over him with his crotch in his face

Its been a physical series with hard shots going both ways
