It starts out pretty solid but for some reason I've never understood it tossed serious fiction out the window and went full on cheese. Still loved it back then but it does make a modern day re-watch a bit tough. All I can say is, Ellington wasn't Lost in Space today, he knew exactly what to do with it.

He did look more comfortable out there. But we had a running game today so the play action worked. Running game is the key.

After the preseason, I thought we'd be lucky to win 2 games. I bought into all the anti-Bowles experts and figured with a mediocre defense to go with our bad offensive line we were up against it. I upgraded us to 9 wins a couple of weeks ago and still think we have that in our sights. We could easily be 6 - 2 right now and we really should be 5 - 3 but even 4 - 4 is better than most of us expected. I'm thrilled.

I don't know. It would be pretty hard to do that after today. Plus, Ellington has looked better than Mendenhall for weeks now. I like to think that Arians can't be that stubborn.

You have to be kidding me? I have never seen as many negative comments about a new DC as we had here with Bowels until just a few weeks ago. As for me being all over the place, you've got that one right. I liked the direction we were going but thought we had much further to travel to get there. I was wrong by a mile.
