Unfortunately I work every Monday night so I haven't had the chance to watch Heroes on my 50" Plasma....I watch it on the web on a 19" monitor (I don't have a DVR...yet).

I thought that was awesome.

There was a lot of information in there.

We know Hiro can't change the past, we know why Nathan's wife is in a wheelchair and how he is connected to Linderman, we know how Eve started working for Mr. Bennett, we learned who Jessica is, and most importantly we know the basic reason and nature of Sylar's attacks on the other 'heroes'.

I would say it is one of the more eventful episodes of the season.

Totally agree here...very good episode, better than last week.

Not only do we know how Nathan's wife got hurt, now we know why he's reluctant to fly at all...it pretty much, in his eyes, put his wife in a wheelchair.

Oh, and now we have further confirmed the Haitian blocks or cancels out other people's powers in addition to his memory erasing powers.

So...Sylar seems to kill people and take their powers...at least, he did on the first guy.

So...how does he do it? Something about their brain, which is why he's sawing off the top of their heads...

So far, Nathan has only been able to fly while scared...kinda weird. I guess it fits into the "I can't control my powers yet" theme...

Great episode. I felt so bad for Hiro & Charlie. So, previews said someone's gonna die--who do y'all think it's gonna be?

Probably the dad of the kid...whatever his name is.

Exactly.

Nothing may have happened action wise.

But many important things were discovered that are intricate to the plot of the show.

One of the better episodes of the season, IMO.

I think Nikki or DL

(Mohinder's the name you're looking for).

Can't believe there's only 1 episode left this year. I was dreading 2 weeks...looks like it's going to be more like 4....this sucks.

No, I meant DL...the dad of Mikah.

Yeah, if I weren't so dense sometimes I'd have realized that when you said "kid", you meant "kid". :) Sorry about that! :D Oh, and yeah, the 'dad of the kid' (if you meant Mohinder, as I so stupidly took it) couldn't be the one to die since he's already dead. I don't know where my head was....

I hate when previews say someone will die (Lost). I wish that was just more of a shock...suprise me by killing someone...don't tease me that someone's going to die.

I hope Heroes doesn't start overhyping in its previews like Lost has been. I'm afraid it has already started though: "In a show known for suprise endings, you haven't seen anything yet." Ok, how about just suprising me and letting me judge how awesome it was.

The mid-season finale of Lost was underwhelming, and a lot of it due to the overhype.

With that said, I can not wait for the next Heroes.

Which is odd, because the Haitian was there when Nathan flew off to escape them...so, did they "let" Nathan escape, or was he able to use his powers despite the Hatian?

Yea, I don't know.

I guess he surprised them when he took off. I don't think he stopped Eve from using her power. He just appeared to absorb it after she did.

Interesting also that Bennett didn't send him alone to capture Sylar. I'm not sure he could have stopped Sylar from cutting his dome off. It took Eve telling him to go to sleep first before the Haitian stepped in.

My guess was that the Haitian has to "use" his power--it takes a conscious effort. Maybe they weren't expecting Nathan to take off like that.
