Oh, and Slap Bet was awesome...Swarley was stupid for taking the 5 at any time instead of the 10 right then. Dumb, dumb move. I freaking LOVE Swarley.

Negative. 2.8.

"Barney, split your tiles. You can triple your money if you find the jelly bean."

What's awesome about that is that they set that all up with Marshall being the King of Games...knowing rules and making up dumb games like BaskIceball. So of course he'd figure it out just by watching when nobody knew what was going on.

Much funnier the second time around, knowing the characters...when Ted and Robin went to have sex in the closet and she says she'll leave the shirt on and he says "cool." So damn funny.

I heart this show.

I can't get dcr to start watching this yet. He bought seasons 1 & 2 (pretty much for me) but he won't watch it.

You know how little puppies get so excited to see you that they wag their tails so hard that their whole bodies shake? That's what I feel like waiting for Nick to start watching. He's killing me.

Finally got dcr started on season 1. There have been a few episodes that I hadn't seen, so that's been cool. He's been enjoying it. I hope to watch some more tonight. :) He seems to laugh the most at Barney...but who doesn't.

One of the eps I hadn't seen yet, Barney said something about some behavior or clothes or something would make one of them "gay"...in a very derogatory voice...I cracked up at that.

Very good season so far. However, to me, this show is incredibly forgettable.

When you are watching an episode, you laugh and enjoy it, but I couldnt tell you what happened five episodes ago.

We are almost done with season 3.

I heart this show.

Not forgettable. Only to abomb's teensy tiny brain, which is like a baby dinosaur's. Not to mine, which is awesome. Like an awesome dinosaur with a really big brain.

Actress Hannigan Pregnant
22 October 2008 9:17 AM, PDT

How I Met Your Mother star Alyson Hannigan is pregnant with her first child.

The actress, 34, has announced she is expecting her first tot with actor husband Alexis Denisof next spring, according to People.com.

Hannigan met the 42-year-old on the set of cult TV series Buffy The Vampire Slayer during the 1999/2000 season. Denisof played Wesley Wyndam-Pryce in the show.

In 2006, the actor also joined Hannigan on How I Met Your Mother, playing a recurring role, Sandy Rivers.

The pair married in October 2003 and currently reside in Santa Monica, California.

Finally it happened.

Wife and I have been cheering on Swarls and Sparkles since the lasertag show. I can already predict it now though...they hide their hitting it, keep it up for awhile, drift apart but in the end they both get over their commitment issues with each other. I couldn't be happier.

And the episode where it ended with the Doogie Howser scene? Barney typing on his blog and the Doogie music? It's touches like that that make me adore this show.

Regarding Monday's ep;

This week's episode was like a horrible episode of Friends for the first 19 minutes. The other three were passable, but a total cop out by the writers.

Sarah Chalke's talents were sorely wasted on this show.

Sarah Chalke's has a great part on Scrubs but I have seen here in other things she has done and she has failed to impress. In fact, if she left Scrubs tomorrow the show would survive.

Love this show though. They do have several insider jokes for those that have watched a couple of these characters on other shows. The Doogie music was just one example. This show hilarious and one of my favorites on TV.
