But all in all this has been a pretty fair series. Dallas has played better and they have the lead, the Suns are still in postion to win the series but Tues. night is a must win.

Agreed, it is absolutely amazing at how close the Suns have played the Mavs considering everything they've gone through.

Cuban is the last guy Stern wants to hand a championship trophy to. I just don't understand where all this conspiracy crap comes from involving Cuban and the Mavs. You can pick the officiating apart any time you lose, but in reality it's very rarely the reason why.

This isn't conspiracy talk, its taking time to notice significant inconsistencies in the way differing ref crews call games. Those differences tend to favor one playing style over another.

There might be some instances in which certain refs have some sort of personal bias against (or in favor of) a particular team (doesnt like the whining or flopping or style or whatever).

A conspiracy involves collaboration for a particular purpose. This is more about personal idiosyncrasies.
