3 game winning drives this season and K1 can’t get it done and the Never Murray’s are out in full force saying he can’t win games like this.

So on brand.
Bro you are exhausting.

How can you defend him after that game losing 4th quarter where we saw him choke and literally find any way he could to lose the game? Unfortunately 3 quarters of decent (not great) play doesn’t win football games. All this coming off of a recent crucial division loss where we only scored 6 points. I am right there with everyone celebrating when he plays lights out- but it’s time to wake up and smell the roses- Kyler is incredibly inconsistent - and when he is rattled- he is terrible.

we can sit here and debate if Kyler is top 10 all day- but here’s something that isn’t debatable - Kyler has a top 10 offensive line, and a top 3 tight end, top 10 running game, which is a luxury few QBs have.

Until Kyler shows some consistency at the position and stops these panic/choke unclutch game losing late drives - this team, like Kyler, will never amount to anything more than average.

omg.. K1 has literally led three game winning drives this season alone!

Who is being unreasonable here? 602 or you?

How about MHJ gets maybe a millimeter of separation on his last route to give his QB1 a chance to make a play?

I’ve been beating the same drum all year crimson- consistency. Sure everyone lays an egg here and there, but this man flip flops on the spectrum of amazing to awful every single game. We never know which Kyler we will see in any given quarter- Dr jeckyl or Mr Hyde and it’s exhausting

The story really is the same, though with some degree of improvement, as it’s been his entire career.
Good enough to be minimally competitive in most games. Good enough to win some games, especially in the first half to 3/4ths of a season… But, come crunch time in the latter half of the season, when better than average to good QB’s show up and find winning pathways, Kyler continues to fall short.
Today was a prime example as there were several plays where winning QB’s would’ve made different choices or better throws that would’ve put this game away. Which is exactly the story that has plagued Kyler his entire career.

We continue to be mesmerized by his physical tools. His speed. His arm strength. None of which has lifted him to the next level and enabled him to actually win when it matters most.

Who knows… perhaps he’ll figure this ish out. Maybe even this season, though I doubt it.
I’ll continue to enjoy watching games that matter in December, with little to no expectations that Kyler will carry the team to important W’s… until he actually shows me he can do it.

If you want to say that Murray hasn't won any big games as a Cardinal that's tough to argue, but he has a chance to start to chase that monkey off his back next week.

Personally, I think the team will come out and get an important win in the rematch with the hags, but I admit I'm holding my breath a little.

It's not like we stunk up the field today, or looked like we didn't belong in the same league with them.

We're still okay. Next week the season is on the line no doubt, but right now we're okay.

Its typical overreaction right now.

We should have won today but zero of the complainers thought we would win now they are out in full force doing the only thing they know how to do which is criticize a guy they have never been about.

No biggie.

Welcome this has already been argued.

The game wasn’t lost in the 4th.

We were 1-6 in the redzone.

Get an OC that doesn’t gag when we need to score.

Wasn’t lost in the 4th? Kyler’s stats in the 4th were 6-12 51 yards, 2 carries for 6 yards, 2 INTs, and one fumble. You keep preaching his clutch 3 comeback wins, but today he was trash when the game mattered most.

As I’m typing this Baker mayfield with 3 TO 30 seconds led the Buccs down for a tying FG to send the game to OT. He may not win because their kicker just missed a FG in OT, but he made plays when plays had to be made.

And, as has been pointed out, we were winning heading into the 4th quarter. By definition and everything else you could possibly argue, the game was most certainly lost in the 4th quarter.

What? I mean, are you seriously trying to argue we didn't lost the game in the 4th quarter as a Kyler defense, because he sucked in the 4th quarter? Lame.

I tried to tell you the passing game against the Bears was a concern.

Jets game was the Jets being the Jets.

It just looks too hard.

JG being so dismissive of MHJ's struggles/not easy targets

Still Kyler needs to make THE play to win and not THE play to lose. Intentional grounding was a killer when Petzing is the OC. Pick 6 is a killer when you've not running game against the Seahawks. We should expect more.

To make you feel better Kyler is 2nd in QBR :lol

He is exhausting. Had him on mute not sure how he got off. Oh well, I'll add him again.

K1 is one of the best QBs in football playing for one of the worst franchises in football.

Kyler has blame in that. He's not enough of a franchise raiser.

Honestly I think most feel better if he was highly productive like Burrow and the defense was crapping its pants. The fix would be simply Monti go get players on defense.

He's just really efficient, but he's a talent that relies too much on talent around him or high level play calling.

Last two games he shouldn't need Drew Petzing to be good to win those games. The best win with a variety of issues all the time. And a guy like Burrow is at least really fun to watch and not a "blame" in it.

Let’s see if the Bengals will trade Chase for MHJ. By the way Burrow is better than K1. He is one of few.

I'm sorry. You lost me there, and I am a Kyler fan. It is always someone else's fault. You never hold K1 accountable. You add nothing to the conversation. You come off as just a K1 fanboy. Life is too short. Time to just place you on ignore.

The "physical tools" have always been overblown with Kyler. His arm strength has not shown to be special. His size isn't special. His accuracy is too inconsistent to be special. His speed is special for sure, but he uses it so rarely that it doesn't take over games.

He is what he is. I believe we have seen the best of what Kyler can offer at the NFL level. I agree with you that I am happy to be playing competitive games in Dec.

He's had a chance the last 2 weeks.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I don't think we had to have either of these last two.

We have to have this one on Sunday. It's 100% a must win if we're serious about making the playoffs.

It's a good spot for the team. Home game. Everybody pretty healthy.

I expect a good performance from our offense, including K1.
