By bringing Murray here you while the team is here and while Rosen is here lays it out that we are willing to take Murray and keep Rosen.

So either trade up for Murray because he isn't falling or offer a first for Rosen because we aren't giving him away.

That is the entire point of this.

If you honestly think that the team will keep Rosen then the best thing that can happen is convincing Gruden he can't stay at 4 and get Murray.
