I was ecstatic last year, I really thought we were getting our guy and then the 2nd half of the year happened and continued this year ....so yeah I'm gonna give credit when they're getting it and I'm gonna call em out when they're sucking, one thing about Darksiders, they're honest lol (Stout I'm agreeing with you lol)
I know, man, and I'm with you

Kyler is not a bad quarterback, we've seen that. He is however playing poorly.

To me, Kyler acts like he thinks he should have more help. Like he doesn't get many short fields, not getting any pick 6's. Not going to get any special teams TD's. Defense isn't going to hold great teams to 14.

Well, no ****. Nobody has that, not consistently. That's why you get paid the big bucks Kyler. It's all on you. Every down, every game.

But he just looks like he doesn't want the responsibility.

You can't the dead cap hit iirc is like 97 million. This isn't Madden.
I'm not talking about cutting him, but trading him. Wouldn't the hit be on the other team?

I mean, if we can't trade him, we're just boned for the length of the deal. JFC, that makes it so much worse. And there was zero need to sign him to this huge contract before he proved he deserved it. Like he never will smh

Nope trade or cut no difference to dead cap. Only difference is if he were cut they could designate it a June 1 and split it up

That can't be for the whole life of the contract though, right? That would be the dumbest contract in the history of sports! Well, besides the Watson one lol

All that said I think he's a good QB not a great one who'll win games, put up great fantasy numbers, but can't take you to a championship.
That may be true, but he's worth a chance on a better regime. Remember, Rodgers and Brees have only been to one superbowl. It's a real hard thing to do. QB purgatory is far more likely than finding a QB that's as skilled as Kyler.

Am I really the only one who was encourgaged by that game? Yeah we lost but I certainly was not expecting to be anywhere close to having a chance to win.

While Kyler made a couple dumb errors - so did Kingsbury. That spike never should have happened on 3rd and 1 - he should have known we were short before that was ever snapped.

Also, the job of the QB in the last 2 minutes is at least get you into field goal range, and Kyler did get that done - so to say he completely failed is a bridge to far for me.

Ok...I'll say that I am as well.

But why is the offense struggling? Murray is like 60% of the problem right now.

Pretty sure this is the play he lofts a pass well beyond a well-covered 5'7" Rondale Moore to the corner rather than hitting a wide-open 6'4" AJ Green directly in front of him.

THIS is why you watch film to see what you missed during live-action and learn what you should be looking for in the future.

Gotta love that fade in end zone to a 5’7 receiver. Lol

Year four and still dressing up like this?

Maybe win some meaningful games before dressing like a diva?

Just reeks of immaturity.

So with 2 defenders running free at his face and the ball already halfway through the throwing motion he should scan the field? Come on. Humphries and Pugh were beat like turnstiles and he was about to be sacked. Its a first read play in that situation and the first read was a fade to a tiny WR. That is the issue with the play. I don't know if KM decided Rondale was the first read or if that's the KK play design.
