This makes me sick to my stomach. Best, toughest tackler in pre-season on a team that needs tacklers. Let's face it BA's Cardinals are more about finesse and sucking up to a bunch of hammy pulled vets.
John Fox is a defensive HC---the Bears were soft on D under Trestman---moves like this will help Fox turn the tables.
Plus---the Bears were 7th in the waiver claim order---so Jones-Quartey didn't make it past team #7. That says something.
Please explain this. Not trying to be rude, but I don't really understand the connection between this and the release of Jones-Quartey. I did like the way JQ tackled in the pre-season, but I don't get the connection between him and BA sucking up to hammy pulled vets. Also, how has he sucking up to them?
