My concern is playing him on the 'beat up' turf at SFS. Won't be changed until after the KC game. JAG.
Other than taking hits, his conditioning is probably on par, or better, than most of his teammates, with all the rehab and running. Same will be for Murray. Zach just needs to take a few hits with live fire and catch some balls with defenders around him.Yeah he needs to get back into football shape first and that will take a few weeks. Once he is then I would put him back in with the starters.
Didn’t they change out that field after a rash of injuries? I don’t think it’s the same turf you are thinking about.I'd rather give him 1 series in week 2 at home, if he can go. I don't want any important players even stepping foot on the field in Minnesota. Keep them in the locker-room in street clothes.
Oh, it's definitely not the same turf or stadium, but it still gives me nightmares remembering Rob Moore buckle both knees on a single play in the Metrodome. Plus MN has a past reputation of playing a little chippy, even in pre-season.Didn’t they change out that field after a rash of injuries? I don’t think it’s the same turf you are thinking about.
Video of new revamped practice bubble.

I hope not. They should just hold training camp there from now on. Have the Red and White practice at the Stadium where you let the fans attend. That's how the Eagles did it this year. Only one practice that fans were allowed to attend.

So let me understand this correctly. Once the cut to 53 players takes place, the Cardinals can put in claims for as many players they want & only the Bears & Texans can stand in their way?I'm dying.

Through the 1st 4 weeks of the season...and then it changes week to week based on overall record. So let me understand this correctly. Once the cut to 53 players takes place, the Cardinals can put in claims for as many players they want & only the Bears & Texans can stand in their way?
Also, I believe that this only applies to guys with less than four years in the NFL. Vested veterans can sign anywhere.Through the 1st 4 weeks of the season...and then it changes week to week based on overall record.
Correct...Not all players are subject to waivers. Waived and released are definitely different. Also, I believe that this only applies to guys with less than four years in the NFL. Vested veterans can sign anywhere.
Wow.....that's a heck of a statement. I'm really only in agreeance with the Texans.xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media
The Bucs are a dumpster fire...and can Fields be the guy in Chicago?Wow.....that's a heck of a statement. I'm really only in agreeance with the Texans.
I think it's more the talent level Ron. Those teams have some pretty good players that could be difference-makers in the WL column. The Bucs are a dumpster fire...and can Fields be the guy in Chicago?
Fields has a better chance of taking a Jalen Hurts level jump this year. The Bucs are a dumpster fire...and can Fields be the guy in Chicago?
I guess we'll see if coaching up a lesser talented team (Cardinals) is better than a bad coach with a talented team (Bucs).I think it's more the talent level Ron. Those teams have some pretty good players that could be difference-makers in the WL column.
