Ahhh...it was you that coined the term "Yaki-Vagas"! :D

Wait a minute...you're that Army guy that wanted to date my sister!

Did you ever meet your son, "General"?

Undefeated in all 1,653 games played since they opened their doors.

As a matter of policy (and overwhelming modesty) they routinely ask their graduating seniors to pencil in the name of a different HS on their biographical write-ups. A buddy of mine did some digging, and it turns out that every player active in the NFL actually hailed from AB Regional High (with the exception of one).

We will protect that one player's privacy by withholding his name -except to say that he apparently is a rookie wide receiver who attended a major college in the Nittany Valley of Pennsylvania.

What's in a name? Unfortunately for Bryant Johnson, he is not a fame seeker. HE actually founded said school, but far from wanting notoriety, decided to name it for 'Quan.

By-the-by, the wide receiver you refer to isn't a rookie but still plays in 'Happy Valley'. It's TONY Johnson. Unfortunately, the 'Johnson' connection had a falling out before Bryant left (Seems Tony was too covetous of Bryant's skills) and Larry called him on it. Broke Bryant's heart.

Finally, after all these years, to finally know my son is alive and well. It brings tears to my eyes. :(

Factoid - Near the northern border of NJ, there are two high neighboring schools who are arch rivals: (1) Ho-Ho-Kus and (2) Mah Wah.

Based solely on their locomotive cheers alone, Mah Wah must have wailed on Ho-Ho-Ho-Ho-Ho Ho-Kus.

The conjectured imagery cracks me up - (The Ho-Ho Kus mascot in his cute little Santa Claus outfit and the Mah Wah dude dragging his knuckles on the ground).

Class of 1917? ;)

Private school and yes, I can do math - I was there for only 3 years.

Attended UNM for 3 semesters (well, I didn't go for 3 semesters, but I was enrolled for that amount of time) while Luc Longley was there. He used to drive a beat up little car. It was hilarious with his knees up by his head.

...for me to POOP on!

The Tri-Cities are a wasteland. I hated it there, but made a lot of good friends. Hottest of hots with the coldest of colds. It truly is a baren hell-land. Oh, don't forget the random evacuation alerts about once a year 'cause Hanford "might have sprung a leak".
