It is way to early to come to that conclusion.
Rookie QB and a rookie coach, you have to expect things are not going to start smoothly. Will they be able to adjust is the question.

I think it's disrespectful. We get it. He's below average in height. They don't call o-linemen who are fatter than other o-line "fat boy."
The raiders obviously took this game more seriously than we did.

I disagree. I think it sounds condescending.
