Keimnisnt anywhere close to perfect, but not many GMs are. Careful what you wish for, there's a high probability his replacement would be worse.

So because players are on the team that implies he's good at drafting? Dude, have you seen our record? We aren't exactly a good team.

I almost feel bad for Derek Carr. Gruden has neutered him

I see that Josh has the tools but ... gosh it is hard to envision him more than a jake Plummer @ the moment.

Yes he showed that he can win from behind against the 49ers but ... yes he puts them in bad positions too.

For now I don't know if the problem is the coaching staff or it is the players. The O-line is ... not existend on the most plays ... and rosen could be damaged good after this season.

At least we are in it.
