Rondale Moore is only owned in about 1/3 of fantasy leagues. ADP is 142 and #60 WR. Oof.

what is a realistic over/under for Moore for catches / yards / TDs?

70/800/5 maybe?

Problem is we have a decent amount of mouths to feed. He needs to come out firing and firmly establish himself before Hop comes back from his suspension.

I'd be happy if he put up your over/under statline. Could then dump AJ next year, re-sign Brown and be ok at WR for a couple of years until Hop's contract expires.

Lol. Smallest WR corps in the NFL.

He‘ll have numbers similar or better than Kirk’s.
Will he?

Hmmm I’m not so sure about that unless Kliff proves he’s willing to utilize him on deep routes, consistently. Moore really wasn’t that guy at Purdue either so it remains to be seen if he’s just a gadget player or a well rounded WR.

Btw though man hear bashed Kirk, he was their best downfield, big play threat for the last 2 seasons.

My gut tells me we're just gonna milk Rondale Moore on underneath plays with the belief he's just gonna break a long run every now and then.

And I dont put all of that on Rondale. Kyler doesnt trust he'll be accurate enough for Rondale's catch radius at times.

Why would anyone draft a WR2/3 on a team with Nuk, Brown, Green, Ertz and a receiving back in James Conner?

I expect him to have more than 800 yards, but that's not someone I want to draft outside of late, late rounds. The same reasons I wouldn't draft Mecole Hardman, Jarvis Landry, Curtis Samuel etc

It's nothing to do with what he can do and everything to do with only one ball and lots of hands to feed.

Tyler Boyd has 2 1000 yard seasons, had 850 the last 2 years, and his rank is 57 and his ADP #123. For exactly this reason.

Did you mean, the fastest WR corp, who have a QB that can throw the football?
They have to be that much faster to get the space needed to complete the ball to their tiny bodies.

If speed was all that mattered, John Brown and JJ Nelson would have had better careers.

Good WR crops are like basketball teams, you need a lot of different bodies doing different things.

Oh. Did they introduce a new rule where defenders can not jump? Have we scouted players with the ability to continue accelerating whilst airborne?

No defenders can jump too. But not many of them can jump 42.5" like Rondale can.

Don't get me wrong. Give me a 6'2" WR who can run routes and runs 4.3 over one that is 5'7" all day long. But on a list of skills and attributes height is way down below the list.

I'd take Rondale over Tweezy all day every day. Dude had less than 24 yards a game starting for Nuk. I don't know what people see in him outside a RZ jump ball specialist.

Moore and Dortch are being way overrated by some here. I’m not saying they won’t perform well but I doubt they are capable of dominating.

arguments for the over:

as noted, Kirk was above catches and yards, and even with TDs.

KK said last year's usage of Moore isn't the plan going forward and he will slot into the Kirk role.

arguments for the under:

the Cards could have a top 5 passing offense but given all the options, nobody really tops out.

Moore's role wont change

he will miss 5 or more games
