I'm surprised this hasn't been posted yet. I guess most of us got our fill of insiders and rumors during the trade deadline. This is from a person with an insider source on RealGM who the moderator vouches for 100%.

Sorry for starting a new thread. I’ve been sitting on this news for about a week now. He is not coming back; at least 8-12 teams will have interest in acquiring him. My sources have been on point every time.

I think IHG is a little full of himself lately. He apparently lives in the same building or near Amare and talks to him sometime. I also doubt Amare would have any knowledge of whether or not Nash stays or goes next season while this one is still being played.

Well we have to do option 1 to do option 4 don't we? So I vote 1 then 4.

The only source less reliable than agents and fans are players. Consider this insider trade wisdom.

No thanks. Knicks I think are only 1 1/2 games out of the play offs right now.

Well if they miss the playoffs their chances in the lotto are determined by record, and I'm pretty sure theirs still isn't that good.

I'd like to see a trade, but I see it as unlikely considering we would have to take back close to equal salary. Unless we have another cost cutting move in place, I could see Nash walking for nothing. If Nash walks, the front office will have to sell it as his decision and they only accommodated because they felt that they owed him. Hopefully Nash will cooperate with the story line or the front office will have to deal with a firestorm.

Another question I have is, "who's interested in Nash, and what could we get for him in a trade?"

I noted this in one of the Sarver articles about flexibility.

Also, IHG has multiple sources that have been confirmed by the forum mods, a responsibility they dont take lightly. He is on the RealGM legit list with dbdynasty (who was so legit he had to stop posting) SDU, and I think Tastic has sources in the FO.

lol yeah we all wish that, but Sarver won't be paying the luxury tax, Between Amare Shaq or Nash, one of them has to go this season.
If it's Nash, then send him back to Canada for Calderon and a pick.

Geez...if you're going to wish, wish big.

I'd like to see Chris Paul as our starting PG.

There: Ridiculousness at both ends.
