I dunno... I would agree he's played better over the last 3 weeks or so but that's improvement over a well below Max level... So the improvement has only brought him to good to slightly better than good level... Not "near Max" level... IMHO...

CBS shows him as the 30th best player in the NBA, his salary puts him at number 31. I just don't think he's all that far off of earning his money.

The Suns really miss Len when he is out of the game.

I am sick of the twins and their BS. I am also sick of Tucker trying to play point and lead fast breaks.

That's good info... Any idea where he ranks with respect to guards?

Well, a cursory review of the two lists paints a slightly darker picture. He's the 9th highest paid guard and I think 16th ranked guard at CBS. And that's guard in general, not point guard.

And I was going to complain about Tucker's love affair with the 3 point shot. ;)

That's what I thought... IMO, he really needs to step up his game and be WaY more consistent to match his compensation level... Not to mention his own belief that he's a Max player...

I got into quite an argument about this in a game thread here in 2012. I've never seen an energy guy play as dumb as Tucker does sometimes. He does some great things for us but I just don't understand his unwillingness to put the ball in the hands of the ball handlers.

I don't mind Tucker taking threes, but he's bad taking BAD threes tonight. He is a spot-up three point shooter, not the kind to run, catch, and shoot.

EDIT:

This applies to Goran too, though he is more disciplined. He is good in catch and shoot situation and when he already has the ball- he can make that slight back step three, but if he has to move, catch, and shoot, he is terrible.

Or pass the ball out after he grabs and offensive board. :)
