Bridges may turn out just fine, but getting him was the wrong move at the wrong time for the wrong price.
Apt way to state it - and I have to agree.

I'm really not that worried about finding a GM for a franchise that has Ayton and Booker. Sarver may insert himself at the wrong times, but this was a move that should have been made long ago.
Should have fired him before giving him an extension. Apparently Saver dont mind paying $$$$ for people not in the organization anymore?I'm really not that worried about finding a GM for a franchise that has Ayton and Booker. I wouldn't buy anything into that..Well...this is a concerning tweet...

I hate to say it but i sometimes think Sarver could be the real problem. Mcdonough made some terrible moves, but much of that was sarver pulling the strings behind the scenes?
There has seemed to be some serious contradicting moves in recent years which would ellude to some internal differences...
I wouldn't buy anything into that..
just typical lazy reporting by national media
they see anything about the Suns like this and they bring back the easiest, laziest storyline again. It gets boring imo.
I wouldn't be so sure about that.Woj is the least lazy media person you will find.
Yeah, so many people take Woj's word as gospel, but what they fail to understand is that some of his stuff is based on opinion and not fact.I wouldn't be so sure about that.
He also lazily suggested that we would want Jeff Teague if he became available without having any sources on that.
He is allowed to have an opinion.I wouldn't be so sure about that.

dude lives off of fast firing news blips on twitterHe is allowed to have an opinion.
Every bit of information we get puts Sarver right in the middle of every decision--even the little comments that McD has made over the years about making decisions as a group. Listen, there is nothing wrong with having an involved owner. Involved owners are everywhere in pro sports. The key is the type of involvement.dude lives off of fast firing news blips on twitter
tweeting about Sarver meddling is an easy story to tweet that nobody is going to hold against him and most fans are going to accept as Woj insider news because it is believable to the masses.
dont buy it
Sarver is god awful both as an owner and a human being. Ask 99% of people who know him.dude lives off of fast firing news blips on twitter

There is nothing wrong with the timing. Why would there be? This is the slow time for most GM'sNeeded to be done but the timing of it won't endear the job to other candidates. And it was a tough sell anyways with Sarver at the helm.
Somebody get the 'Sarver Sucks' billboard gofundme going.
