Man, I'm telling you guys, that picture is fishy. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he met with Pop, but look at that photo! It sure is a dark and storm night... during that daytime lunch in LA.

Is anyone else reporting that he met with Pop? Earlier today Stien said he wasn't taking anymore meetings.

Not sure what you see is dark and stormy. Looks like vegetation to me. But besides that, Im sure the spurs are leading the race for LA especially with this second meeting. But I hope while Suns are waiting they dont miss out on other possible FAs.

I am afraid that LMA will think the same and I can't really blame him. Especially with three Texas teams in the mix.

I see it as kinda the opposite. San Antonio was an early favorite and if they had a compelling case he would have picked them already. The longer he takes the more it looks like the Suns are offering something he is having a hard time turning down.

I don't have the link but after the draft Portland was emphatic he was returning there. I hope he is not taking the Suns for a ride.

Early on it was a foregone conclusion he'd be with the Spurs. I'd say the longer this takes the more they will sweat.

The Suns are playing with house money as far as I'm concerned.

That for sure is the $64 million dollar question. How important is it for him to play for a team in Texas???

According to a source, the Rockets believe they're still in the mix for Aldridge after coming to financial terms with starting point guard Patrick Beverley and backup forward Corey Brewer. The Rockets want to show Aldridge they have depth on the bench with Brewer and a quality defensive guard in Beverley. In order to sign Aldridge, the team has to establish a sign-and-trade with another team to make the deal work.
