What about using timeouts when you shouldn't have to? How about fielding a mock team. What does the Whis have to say about that? As someone put it so well before, we are not Pittsburgh. We should not be trying to play their style of game. Let Fitz and Q be Fitz and Q.

It is about time WHIZ starts accepting the fact that He is over his head with calling all of the Plays while being the head coach.

Plus he will not lift Kurt even when Kurt plays bad or gets hurt. Very bad Coaching...!!!

Whis is more than capable of calling a good game.

We did not lose because of play calling, he dosen't pass or catch the ball, he's just different than Hailey, he's not imcompetent but every OC has a style and his is not Hailey's.

He needs more than anything a QB who protects the ball, Warner is not that player without Hailey or with a bad hip or just simply because he's another year older, Warner is not ever going to be that kind of QB, Whis is going to realize this sooner or later IMO.

I don't have an issue with offsides penalties, so much. Being aggressive and getting a bit too jacked up and going early is something I'm ok with. But false starts, no..that crap bugs me to no end.

Levi Jones is still out there.....He plays the left side but at this point we just need to bring in OT talent.

They bet the house on him with that contract. There wasn't a ton of criticism when they signed him. No one pays a guy that much money and benches him after preseason or one regular season game.

Maybe Kurt needed to call the plays today. Whis sucked at it. Not once all game did they do a quick pass to Boldin or Fitz and let them make plays. It was a huge staple in last years passing game and against the faster defenses is necessary for the physical receivers to get a step on deep plays. We kept throwing down field like they had room to make plays when they did not. SF defense was a very motivated unit. Whis pull out some of last season game film and give your under man Oline a chance...it is not rocket science.

Interesting take, rats. Good job. Two things of concern: (1) Warner didn't seem to audible much at all today...that's a strength of his game; (2) His running of the hurry up was anything but hurry-up as he wasted all kinds of time, thus allowing the Niners to catch their breath.

You know I do not know how OL commit false starts, the QB tells them in the huddle on what count the snap is going to be, noise could be an issue but I'm sure there are tricks of trade to negate the noise.

He can afford to bench anyone, ANYONE.

Team discipline is more important than any one game, either you mean what you say or you're just full of hot air and Whis is not full of hot air.

I took it to mean this was the last warning, if they do it again they won't play and I believe him.
