This team is going to “SU...”

Right? IMO, I'm looking towards 2019. They should have a ton of cap space and that's when we'll see this roster really change. That's when the Cards should start another run. 2018 is a bridge year overall, not just at QB.

    Iupati takes a pay cut.

I'm not arguing against an upgrade at center, but Shipley has been the most stable part of the oline the past two years and maybe the least penalized too.
  3. BillsCarnage

    Current cap space?

They're somewhere at $22-25mil in space, but those will change over the next day or so as more things happen, obviously. Bradford is only $15mil guaranteed. The other $5mil are incentives.

Warning: Not 4 the glass-half-full people

Wonder how people will feel next off season when the Cards have upwards of $100mil in cap space to spend? Rather than moan about this one, why not anticipate who they might sign next spring.

    AJ McCarron to the Bills

Bills are doing the same thing as the Cards with bridge QBs and they'll keep moving up in the draft.

NFL Network report Cards not looking QB @15

I was at the HQ paying for tix when she was interviewing who I think was McDonough. I wouldn't buy this though.

Ricky Seals-Jones to see a Larger Role?

He should since it won't be BA's offense. Certainly would be nice to have the TE be a more frequent option.
  8. BillsCarnage

    HB has been cut

Not really surprising. Good luck to him on the open market.

Stephen Hawking Passes Away at 76

Truly sad, but we knew this day would come. There are many, many more he inspired coming up. Neil deGrasse Tyson, Brian Cox, Michelle Thaller and of course Michio Kaku (though he's been around) are just a few

    Bradford in.....who's next? McCarron? Glennon?

They have to get a backup who is ready to start given Bradford's history. I actually wouldn't mind Stanton; he wins ugly and would be relatively cheap.

    A Wrinkle in Time

It's a bit of a tear-jerker from the father-daughter aspect, but otherwise :barf:

    John Brown signs with Ravens?

Good luck kid and hope you can stay on the field
  13. BillsCarnage

    Sam Bradford A Cardinal

We'll have to see the contract. If it's similar to Bradfords, I can see them taking a QB, but if it's longer, they don't need to draft a QB this year.
  14. BillsCarnage

    Sam Bradford A Cardinal

Guess we should call dibs on Denver as a possible trade candidate now with Keenum going there.
  15. BillsCarnage

    Sam Bradford A Cardinal

Pffft! http://www.arizonasportsfans.com/forum/posts/3668353/ Day, dollar it's all the same :p
  16. BillsCarnage

    Sam Bradford A Cardinal

Hell, if he plays six games it could be a win. :biglaugh:
  17. BillsCarnage

    Sam Bradford A Cardinal

I'm cool with it and have thought Bradford would be a target for the Cards. When he's on the field he's one of the most accurate QB's there is. If this is an incentive based contract as being reported, then this should be a good signing. A two-year contract has bridge written all over it, so...

    Bills move to 12

How good Rudolph is, is subjective, but he's generally rated the #5 or #6 QB in the draft; he and Jackson flip flop in the ratings. One of those two should be available at #15, but if another team jumps the Cards, they're going to have to mortgage the future to move up. The #3 or #4 picks is...
  19. BillsCarnage

What should Cards be willing give up to get #4 pick in draft, knowing Bills want it also

Very true, but then again BA wouldn't have been the winningest coach in Cards history, so..... For much of the season they were in the top 10, but a couple of pointless wins dropped them.
  20. BillsCarnage

    Bills move to 12

I've been on the Rudolph train for a while. IMO, the Cards either mortgage the future and move up to Indy's #3 or the Browns #4 to get Darnold or Rosen, or they stay and take Rudolph or possibly Jackson.
  21. BillsCarnage

Jurecki: Cards to target both QB Cousins and OG Norwell

Yup, same here. Dishing out $30mil per year for Cousins is crazy for any team, imo. Let a team with more cap space do that.
  22. BillsCarnage

Cards expected to move on from Mathieu

Yup. Which is why he's crazy to not restructure the deal. But honestly, why would the Cards still want to pay him that kind of $$ either.
  23. BillsCarnage

    177.2 M in Salaries

And it shows in ticket prices.
  24. BillsCarnage

Did the Cardinals tip their hat to what QB they intend to draft...

Yeah, he's the one who has the best chance to move up the boards. I'm not sure if he's the one I 'want', but he's definitely the guy that the Cards could draft at 15, unless he bombs at the combine.
  25. BillsCarnage

    McCarron?

    Eye Candy??
