Not OT: Eva Longoria Divorcing Tony Parker

LOL@ Eva telling everything to Mario Lopez, the dirtbag who cheated on Ali Landry the day before their marriage, and several days after. Oh, and Steve Nash makes Magic Johnson look like AC Green.

2010 San Francisco 49ers season thread!

If we beat the Bucs in Candlestick, and the Seahawks lose to the Saints in NO, we'll be one game out of first after starting 0-5. The NFC West is terrible.

    Dragic

You'd swear from 5:50 on, Nash had put on a Dragic jersey....

    Nash to the Knicks?

Yep, Billups would be a great fit there as well... of course if we take salary into account, none of the above mentioned guys could be easily traded for, as all 3 make between $9 and $14 million.

    Nash to the Knicks?

I'm not saying a defensive PG would solve all their problems. The biggest thing they're missing is an inside presence. Bosh has been disappointing to say the least. Nash's biggest strength is his ability to probe defenses and set up his teammates. Take that away by making him a spot-up shooter...

    Nash to the Knicks?

They have a spot-up shooter in Mike Miller; unfortunately he's out until January. Spot-up shooting isn't Nash's game. Most his shots come off the dribble; to ask him to change his game at this stage in his career wouldn't make sense. The Heat need a strong defensive point guard who doesn't...

    Nash to the Knicks?

No way. The Heat already have two ball-dominant guys in Wade and LeBron, and that's causing chaos in chemistry. Adding a 3rd ball-dominant player in Nash wouldn't help at all.

    Suns sign Earl Barron

Looks like a 7 footer with mobility; not a great rebounder based on career numbers, but did have a decent rebound rate with the Knicks in the limited time he played with them last year. At the very least, he's a big body in the middle while Lopez is on the shelf.

    New Lineup?

I've seen nothing in Hedo's play since that would have changed Gentry's stance on the matter; could be he postponed the move because of RoLo's injury, or maybe he'll wait 'til after this road trip. The biggest thing is that Gentry is considering it, and personally I'd welcome the move. Hedo's...

    New Lineup?

Looks like Hedo may be moved to the bench, with Warrick getting the nod at the 4 spot. Did anyone see Al Harrington back Hedo down in the post yesterday? It was like watching Shaq backing in on Earl Boykins. The sooner we move Hedo back to the 3, the better.

    Nuggets at Suns 11-15

Hopefully Nash can continue the dominance he's displayed in the last 4 games: 21 pts, 4.25 rebs, 13.25 ast, shooting nearly 63% from the field and a 6.6:1 assist to turnover ratio.

    The next five days

Not to mention the travel time, going from about as West (LA) as one can get to about as East (Miami) as one can get in that short time span. Ouch!

    Dragic

He really needs to work on his Free Throw shooting. The dude can stroke it, so shooting 56% on the season and 72% for his career is not going to get it done. That's my biggest concern with Goran right now.

Suns Bench Trio vs Amare, Game 1 of 82

Through 7 games Amare's FG% is 43.4%, which is more than 10 points lower than his career average. On the flipside, Warrick's FG% is nearly 13 points higher than his career average. Amazing what a difference playing with a distributor like Nash can make.

    This Happens

LOL, I can honestly say the NFC West is completely up for grabs. If the Niners beat the Rams in San Fran and the Cards take care of the Seahawks at home, all 4 teams will be sub-500, and all within a game of each other. The NFC West has been weak for a while now, but it could be historically...

    Suns at Grizzlies 11-8-2010

3rd game in 4 days, the tail end of a back-2-back with the Friday game having gone into double OT... hopefully the Suns won't be too fatigued against the Grizz who had yesterday off.

    Suns at Grizzlies 11-8-2010

If the Suns can win tonight, I would consider a 4-3 record to be quite successful considering the strength of schedule to begin the season, and with the team still searching to find it's identity.
