I'm sorry that statement just made fall off my chair laughing. It reminds of Jeff Foxworthy "you might be a redneck if". All you have to do is substitute Warner or Leinart for redneck. In TJ UofA2004's case it would go like this
"You might be a Leinart lover if", you completely twist a...
For the record I like Leinart as well. If we are moving methodically down the field Matt does well. It is when we get into a third and long where Matt lets us down. While both QB's have their strengths, Matt at this point is missing more parts of the game then Warner. I am hoping that coach will...
We did, but I think we have a chance to run the ball even better this year if our line can stay intact. I was more confident in Matt last year then this year, he had a better air about him. If other teams believe Matt can't hurt them through the air, they are going to stack the line. Last year...
Because teams know that Warner can throw it deep and kill them with the long pass, the run game will be more effective. That threat along with the O line being in the system another year, should give us a more respectable run game. It really is going to help knowing that when Edge needs to rest...
Very good read, and I wish the fat contracts that these rookie QB's get didn't force them to the field to soon. I believe that you can learn from the bench as in the old days. I still think that it will click for Leinart either this year or in the future.
Yea, KTAR is reporting it as well. Strange that is was insinuated that Matt was still the starter, and he may be, but now Warner is going to run out with the first team. I can now firmly say, I don't know who will be the starter against the niners.
If Matt comes in and lights it up we know that he and the starting line will sit after a series or two. I guess I'm wondering if he doesn't do so well, will they keep the line out there longer till he does look good?
Wow, now you have taken the time to create a false identity to try and make someone look bad. You really need to get a life.I wonder what the Mods will think of you using Linda's moniker under what must be a second e-mail account.
I am not taking sides here, but if he has a stellar game against Denver, it will be against their back-ups. Also the logic of he can't play on the road will kill us, as 8 games are on the road. We went 6-2 at home last year and sat out the playoffs. We must win 4 road games this year to get in...
Not true,

They want Quinn to be brought in slowly, to relieve the pressure a young QB faces. I wish we could have done that with Leinart, but Warner forced our hand.
Are you trying to compare your"source" to someone Mortenson would talk to? Don't cover your tracks now on what was an outrageous prediction of "Q" already on his way to Philly. While Mortenson does jump the gun to break stories, your someone I know talked to "Q" is not in the same league as a...
Romo, Farve, Young and many more did fine. In fact it used to be the only way until rookie contracts forced inexperienced men to play. Matt will be fine. He will learn, and be more confident the next chance he gets.
Reports coming out of camp said Warner was outperforming Leinart, not by much but non the less. It is complete body of work in which the decision will be made. If you think Wiz is going to make the choice based on that game alone, you have no confidence in our coach. I think Leinart will be a...
This is my thinking exactly. While it might hurt his ego, ultimately I think it will make him stronger. He will realize that there is no shame in sitting behind a veteran with Warner's credentials. In the end I still think Leinart will be our QB of the future.
I understand that, but the consensus around here has been that Leinart had the job wrapped up. So I am assuming that Wiz would try to find whatever positives from the tapes ie footwork, audibles, and circumstances to justify Leinart starting.
Warner to be named the starter

It seems early so I will wait to hear from Wiz, but it wouldn't shock me.
