I actually like it.

At the very least, the Suns would be young and entertaining. If Beasley lives up to his potential I could actually see them being a little dangerous.

I'd much rather watch that team than what we've been watching the past few years.

with Marshall in place of Dragic..

Dragic makes no sense with Gordon. Too much money tied up in a backcourt that is not elite.
And Dragic blocks the future for Marshall.

This could be good depending on the pieces. Do you have a link?

Could be Nash is doing this to help facilitate a Sign-and-Trade for Gordon.

Rumor comes from someone who "allegedly" is a close personal friend of James Dolan.

That lineup is silly. Dragic and Gordon are both undersized combo guards, and Morris and Beasley are both tweener forwards who can't defend.

LOL Gambo is tweeting about Lakers vs. Toronto--guess he's not paying attention to his feed and all the tweets about NYK.

I think Felton makes a ton more sense than Dragic.

Cheaper and I think it would be wiser from a team building standpoint to have him infront of Marshall rather than Dragic. Because I could see Marshall surpass him midseason.

With Dragic fans will look at him as PG of the future, but that is Marshall. I also think Felton is a better teacher for Marshall..

A much wiser move IMO. However, I still have some sentimental attachment with Dragic as a Sun.

$#@& NO to Felton!!! The guy is unwatchable.

He has played well for the Knicks in a similar offense plus he would be a short term solution so that Kendall Marshall doesn't have to start right away.

I'd like to see Marshall thrown in the fire from the start but I guess that will not happen.

With Gordon, Beasley, Frye and Gortat that would be a solid lineup for Marshall to utilize.

I wish there was someway to get Lin from NY in the sign and trade scenario.

On the other hand Gordon and Beasley are both players that can create a bit and need the ball in their hands some. You could probably get away with running non-traditional lineups with those players without a true PG.

Gordon is a bit of a combo guard, I could see a Gordon/Mayo starting backcourt be rather effective combination. Both can bring the ball up, pass and run the pick and roll. I'd like to see that actually.

I am also unsure if the Suns really envision Beasley starting at SF for us. They could see him as a replacement for Amare's roll too. He is about the same size as Markieff.

Houston is offering him more than they wanted to give Dragic, which is pretty telling on multiple levels.

Lins run of games was better than Dragic and he is more marketable, younger too. I'd offer Lin more money also.

But with Marshall in the fold I don't see why we would want to commit big money to another project PG which I think both Lin and Dragic are. We should look at veteran PGs if anything.
