Pretty detailed but circumstantial for sure. Lawyer could easily spin that he was there at the scene but never fired a shot. Still will be a long prison sentence in that regard but would not be life or death penalty if MA does have capital punishment.

Strong circumstantial cases still get people convicted all the time.
He can also get life in prison even if he didn't pull the trigger if he knew what was going to happen and he drove there for that purpose.

Sounds like they've got an eyewitness who is singing like a bird.

Even if he didnt pull the trigger, he orchastrated the murder. Seems to be the buddy he had hurry up may be his go to guy when he needs someone killed. Either way, you set it up, drove the car and were an accomplice at the minimum.

Based on the evidence presented, that is.

Oh I agree without a doubt but my wife and I watch a lot of murder shows where people that setup a killing or pay for a killing get 5-15 years in prison where the actual murderer gets life.

He has money and lots of it. I wouldn't be surprised to see him get something minimal for his role in it if they can swing it in his favor.

They better get some more physical evidence. That stuff will sink most people by sheer volume, but dude has $$$$ and will have good lawyers and it will be tougher to get a conviction. Hate it, but that's how it works.

We have only heard a mere fraction of the evidence against Hernandez... There is no need to do a full dump at this stage - only enough to get and keep him in custody. In due time, much more will come out...

Now I'm wondering if teams look for gang tatts.

They were talking about this tat on Sirius and said it actually says Blood Sweat and Tears horizontally. It's a real photo, but manipulated to make it look like it's something it isn't. That's not to say he isn't part of a gang, just that the photo doesn't show what people think it does.

So, now the cops are looking for someone nicknamed "Bo Fish" driving a rental car rented by...you guessed it, Aaron Hernandez!

Are you kidding me? BO FISH

AH throws away his life so he can thug it up with guys with a nickname like BO FISH.

No way in hell any fiction writer could come up with a story this bizarre, twisted and sad.

How do you get a nickname like "Bo Fish"?

Is it because when they are gambling on Go Fish at the gang clubhouse, this guy has trouble pronouncing Gs and it comes out as "Bo Fish!"?

Aaron Hernandez: "Do you have a 7?"

Bo Fish: "Bo Fish!"

NFL advises teams on signing Aaron Hernandez

http://www.wcvb.com/news/sports/nfl...m=facebook&utm_campaign=wcvb+channel+5+boston

The NFL told its teams Thursday that any player contract they enter into with Aaron Hernandez before charges against him are resolved won't be approved without a hearing by Commissioner Roger Goodell.

The league said the hearing would be to decide if the former New England Patriots tight end should be suspended or face other action before a resolution of the charges is reached. It said no player contract with Hernandez would take effect before a hearing.

Hernandez was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder and weapons counts in the shooting death of a friend, Odin Lloyd. Hernandez was cut by the Patriots after the arrest and before his court appearance and is being held without bail.

Cincinnati needs a tight end, huh?

Patriots urge fans to exchange Aaron Hernandez jerseys for new ones

http://www.latimes.com/sports/sport...ndez-jersey-exchange-20130628,0,7435318.story

The New England Patriots quickly distanced themselves from Aaron Hernandez by cutting the tight end before he was charged with first-degree murder.

Now they are encouraging fans to do the same with their No. 81 Hernandez jerseys -- get rid of them.

The Patriots are offering fans who had purchased a Hernandez jersey a chance to exchange it for a new one. Fans can come to the stadium store on the weekend of July 6-7 and trade for a jersey of comparable value.
