Even if he didnt pull the trigger, he orchastrated the murder. Seems to be the buddy he had hurry up may be his go to guy when he needs someone killed. Either way, you set it up, drove the car and were an accomplice at the minimum.

Oh I agree without a doubt but my wife and I watch a lot of murder shows where people that setup a killing or pay for a killing get 5-15 years in prison where the actual murderer gets life.

He has money and lots of it. I wouldn't be surprised to see him get something minimal for his role in it if they can swing it in his favor.

We have only heard a mere fraction of the evidence against Hernandez... There is no need to do a full dump at this stage - only enough to get and keep him in custody. In due time, much more will come out...

They were talking about this tat on Sirius and said it actually says Blood Sweat and Tears horizontally. It's a real photo, but manipulated to make it look like it's something it isn't. That's not to say he isn't part of a gang, just that the photo doesn't show what people think it does.

The league said the hearing would be to decide if the former New England Patriots tight end should be suspended or face other action before a resolution of the charges is reached. It said no player contract with Hernandez would take effect before a hearing.

Hernandez was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder and weapons counts in the shooting death of a friend, Odin Lloyd. Hernandez was cut by the Patriots after the arrest and before his court appearance and is being held without bail.

The New England Patriots quickly distanced themselves from Aaron Hernandez by cutting the tight end before he was charged with first-degree murder.

Now they are encouraging fans to do the same with their No. 81 Hernandez jerseys -- get rid of them.

The Patriots are offering fans who had purchased a Hernandez jersey a chance to exchange it for a new one. Fans can come to the stadium store on the weekend of July 6-7 and trade for a jersey of comparable value.
