Lovullo finally woke up from his deep slumber and used Puk as the closer. Been saying that for weeks now. For 7-8-9, in close games with a lead, Thompson, Martinez, and Puk or Martinez, Thompson, and Puk. AJ has been very good for quite some time now - almost as good as Ryan Helsley in St. Louis. He's the only reason the Cardinals are around .500. The rest of the team sucks.

I’ve said all along there are much hotter ball parks, especially with humidity, and you don’t see their pitchers having these issues. You are spot on with the hydration reference.
