AZ vs TEN MNF Game Thread

my one contribution to the game thread, relax people, it's the pre-season. THe Cards don't make adjustments to what the other team is doing and they just let their guys out to play one on one. Whiz has said this for 2 years running. Why get all worked up over something so meaningless. The trash can drill has as much effect on the Cards season as these games do.

I hear ya Cbus..... My issue is the one on one blocking of the offensive line. And the poor pass rush one on one versus their offensive line.

Oh well..... I still remember the pre-season game against the Packers last year. Ooooof.... That was really bad.

Agreed to a point. Last year we all knew Warner and the Cards were explosive...They just came off a SuperBowl run. This year...Leinart NEEDS these Pre season games to build confidence in himself and his teammates. ESPN isn't stupid guys. I know you guys think they just make stuff up. But they are right about 90% of the time. Sheff must know something...and if you watch this game. The players seem to try harder for Anderson. Just my opinion.

Disagree, this shows in game performance, how well you can read a D, wether you can feel the blitz and how accurate you can be during in game situations. What of those has leinart done well? ummmmmmm none.

It seemed to me Whiz was more agressive with playcalling when Anderson was in there but again, only slightly so.

It's really hard to tell anything, Whiz is the blandest preseason coach I think I've ever seen, I don't really care most years but then this year I would think would be the year to try a little just for confidence in the new QB if nothing else.

I'm not a fan of this preseason at all, even though I know it dosen't mean much, what little it does mean sucks.

i think we're gonna realize REALLY quick how spoiled we were with Kurt at QB.

And Levi Brown has looked awful so far this pre-season.

Why do we always look so bad in pre season. I mean it is only pre season. But we struggle to get over the same ol Cardinals...because of games like this on National TV. I mean we cant tackle, we cant block, we cant throw and we barely can run.

Maybe a new series is in order for NFL Films; NFL Futilities' it would highlight stuff that wasn't funny, but just painful to watch. That would be this game.
