Same, I was 100% in agreement until Poole came up. I can give him some leeway because I've been frustrated and said the same as well but know if faced with actually have to make the call and think about it for more than a few seconds I wouldn't do it. It does convey the appropriate level of disgust I have felt many times over the last 2 years though to say "I'd rather have Jordan Poole!".

Gotta disagree on this one. Beal has been a huge disappointment, largely because he can't stay on the court, Poole on the other hand, absolutely kills his team's chance of winning every second he plays. He's absolutely terrible. Bad shooting, ball hog, non-defending, idiot, cancer. I honestly think his contract is the only reason he is sniffing the court. He is aaaaaaaawful.

If the Wizards want to win games (which I don't think they do) they'd be best served flat out cutting him and eating that contract.

He and Kuzma are a match made in hell.

I agree he's awful and everything you say. I can't knock someone for making the comment AZGator did though because I've said the same out of frustration was my point. I've always come around after the frustration subsides and agree I'd rather have Beal vs Poole but its hard to not throw out the extreme of "I'd rather have Jordan Poole" when you watch games like the one tonight. I'd be surprised if AZGator doesn't back off that position soon but saying that does convey the proper level of frustration amongst Suns was my point.

I understood your point. I'd be surprised if you held firm for long. Sit through a Wizards game on a day the Suns don't play. I'd rather have let CP3 expire 100% of the time if we're given a do over. Jordan Poole is a special sort of awful though. Saying you'd rather have him is like saying you want to die when you're sick. You don't actually want to die, you just want to feel better.

Maybe I shouldn't have afforded benefit of doubt regarding Poole because he is one of the worst players in the NBA. He plays like he believes he's Steph Curry mixed with prime Iverson and has the skills of a poor man's Jordan Clarkson.

We would be better off, to a wild extent, if we'd done nothing the last 2 1/2 years.

Keep Paul, even give him a reasonable extension, keep Ayton, keep Cam Payne, keep Dario, use our picks on our own.

Seemingly every "big" move the team has made, starting with the KD trade, has been a flat out catastrophe.

That said... probably gotta fire Monty because he seems to have given up, although, maybe it was the KD trade that killed him... or Ayton, one of the two.

I would rather have neither but I’d rather have Poole than Beal for the contract alone. I mean, duh.

I'd go back to matching Ayton's contract as where the do over should start. Reports were Monty begged for a Turner sign and trade at that point. It may not have panned out but it would haven't saddled us with Ayton on a max deal as Turner made less and had fewer remaining years at the time. Maybe that gives Monty a newfound drive to push the team and without Aaron maybe the locker room improves.

Trading Ayton for Turner would for sure be better than our current lot, or just keeping Ayton and accepting that he is a mercurial weirdo who will still put up 15-10 while playing solid D (on most nights)... either one is better than Nurkic.

Nurkic is a nice guy, easy to root for, but just just kinda sucks.

Deciding to bring Bradley Beal off the bench while the whole no-trade clause thing is a major topic of discussion seems like a pretty clear message. One way or another, we’ve reached a point of no return

The trade clause shouldn't even be a factor. The only message we should be trying to send is that we want to win games.

There is real tension within the Suns’ organization around Bradley Beal.Beal has been disgruntled with his role, and now being moved to the bench could escalate his concerns.Don’t be surprised if this is a play from Phoenix to push Beal to waive his full no-trade clause.

Moving Bradley Beal to the bench was a direct move from the Suns to displease him in hopes of waiving his full no-trade clause, per @WindhorstESPN.Phoenix is willing to make an awkward dynamic escalate in hopes of acquiring Jimmy Butler by the trade deadline

LOL

This doesn't feel like James Jones, more like Ishbia and IT. The owner will never admit to the dumb trade (KD), but will try to put band-aids on this to correct for his mistake.
