My thing about Sims is that they don't even attempt to run their normal offense with him in the game. Thomas however tends to pretty much get the normal vertical passing play calls that this offense is known for. I'm a little curious as to what that means as far as whether or not they are really considering Sims as a 3rd option.

One thing that is overrated for offensive linemen is the need to have a top notch work ethic and a competitive nature. You have to fight vs the defensive monsters in the NFL and some guys are great athletes but they can't handle the physicality of the NFL. Humphries is struggling with that learning curve. He doesn't understand that every snap is a fight, which is why he is so inconsistent.

I've seen moments of nastiness from him in the run game particulary then pure laziness the next.
