Daniels being better than Kyler is obvious.

But Daniels is probably a top 5 QB already. Over guys like Stroud & Herbert while being right there with Pat, Lamar, Josh, & Joe.

He has to show it in year 2 when the league adjusts but I don’t see why he won’t.

vote your heart - votes aren't public honestly idk - not sure im there yet - but he got outplayed by a rookie last year and he got outplayed by a rookie this year - we paid him 400 billion dollars and he's getting whooped by newbies

But K1 does control the play calls. He can audible. He makes the decision to keep it or hand it off on a RPO.

The weird thing is pre bye IMO he was doing the best job of his career on RPO's, when to hand it off, when to keep it, when to throw. Post bye he seemed to not want to run and teams schemed for it.

Kyler is a very talented young man. He is not tall but has shown a monster arm at times, especially for his size. I have always wished him well because, well, he is our franchise QB. But after 6 seasons, it has not worked out for him here. Different coaches, doesn't matter. He needs a change of scenery to become successful. There have to be teams that would take his contract (or most of it). The NFL is desperate for good QB's. I get the cap hit means he is here for at least another year, but some team may be able to take the hit and give him a new environment. I can't hate the player. I can't. He is what he is. I'm getting too old for this $hit.
