Andddd I feel like corner could now be an issue that we need to address. Not overly comfortable with Toler coming off of an ACL and AJ manning the 2/3 spot. Dammit.

that is horrible news. 1) he was very valuable to the Cardinals and Horton said so and we saw it for ourselves 2) I doubt Marshall will be as good now since it seemed with the Cardinals he found a niche where he excelled at compared to the problems he suffered at Carolina and I have my doubts he will be much of a factor within the Dolphin's scheme. Other than Marshall getting some bucks, both sides lose to me

What anybody sees in AJ Jefferson is beyond me. He was abused repeatedly last year.

Guarantee we fill the void with some scrub nobody

Cuz thats how we do things in AZ!

As far as I can tell, Giants corner aaron Ross is the best CB available. I say we get him at whatever cost. Cut Kolb if necessary, but we need $$$$ to go get serious needs right now.

And the numbers on Richard Marshall are in: Marshall will sign a three-year, $16 million deal, including $6 million guaranteed.

A virtual rookie having to step in to a starting role. That some don't understand this is beyond me.

Just like we did last year with Marshall.

Disagree. Had his growing pains but also good moments as well.

Toler's healthy return will be key antidote for Marshall's departure.

That's what more than a few called Marshall last offseason.

I'm glad he got a great deal with the dolphins. He deserved it. Wish the Cardinals could have kept him.

Then I missed the good moments. Toler coming off an injury is an argument to keep Marshall.

Good thing the Cards traded away DRC and a second round pick in July for a QB they may be cutting in 48 hours. That's some quality decision making right there.

Well, that's a bummer; I liked him more than Toler frankly.

Agree with your thoughts on AJ he was showing some ball skills early in the season. Most people will have a hard time forgetting the ass whooping Q put on him though. That was ugly.

That's a strange statement. If we cut Kolb it'll be because we get Manning. In my opinion that's the only way that happens. DRC I don't miss. At all. In any way whatsoever. I miss the #2 pick however, and I miss losing Marshall, because I think he fit Horton's scheme really well. But as far as the decision-making, the Cards got who everyone said was the best QB available last year in Kolb and took a chance. I don't fault them for that, not at all. DRC isn't exactly lighting it up since he left. In my opinion all we lost was a #2 pick. Wish we could have kept Marshall though, but it wasn't going to happen.

Marshall tweeted a fan that az didn't match the offer, so we had the chance at least from the sounds of it.

That was an easy contract to match/out bid. Obviously the Cards felt like Marshall was easily replaceable.

We couldn't for that amount. Or, if we did, it would've been a trade off somewhere else. Like, QB maybe.

I liked him a lot. Knew someone would over pay... Too bad.
