Gambo says that there are only 3 real candidates at this point....

Kendall Marshall
Jeremy Lamb
Arnett Moultrie

First option is Waiters, but he will not be at 13 for sure
Second option is Rivers, but he will not be at 13 "almost" for sure.

Moultrie and Marshall are HUGE reaches at #13. There are way better PGs in next year's class than Marshall and I like Moultrie but not at #13 maybe in the 20s if we acquire another pick.

I'm thinking Lamb won't be there either. If Marshall could defend and were athletic I would like him more. The Suns can fill the PG position in free agency. I'm just hoping Moultrie is there at #13.

It is what it is. I do not think there is a huge difference in talent level in th 11-20 picks. Marshall is not that big of a reach at 13 and neither is Moultrie. As I hear people talk about Moultrie he sounds like Clark. I think I would rather have a player who is really good at one thing and so-so at everything.

Moultrie who is 6'11" 233 lbs has concentrated on his inside game this past season so he will have to develop his perimeter skills. He knows how to play inside. I like this starting point. Clark was a tweener between a 3-4. Moultrie is considered a 4-5. I like he can play both PF and center. Also he is an athlete.

My Teague vote is still all alone up there. I think a trade of Nash and Teague as the PG of the future would be pretty nice. Dude's gonna be better than his brother.
I like Teague more than Marshall.

My rankings for the PGs in this draft: Lillard, Teague, Machado, Marshall

The Suns will be very sorry if they select Kendall Marshall this year. Next year's draft class is so much better for PGs...

Best solution
is to let Nash and Brooks go, sign Felton to a 1 year deal and keep Telfair as backup. Then draft one of em next year

IMO all of em ^^ will turn out better in the NBA than Marshall.

I too like Teague better than Marshall. I don't know anything about Machado.

I don't want Moultrie at #13 because of his motor (or lack thereof)

I am hoping for Lamb, but will be fine with Ross. If the Suns take Marshall/Moultrie and one of those two are available I will not be happy.

Moultrie has a good motor and is an an excellent athlete. He is just not as consistent as one would like but he seems to be improving. He has been criticized for inactivity at times. This is the only reason the Suns get a sniff of him at #13. He has all the tools. He is even an excellent FT shooter. Also his strength appears to be rebounding although not a good shot blocker as yet.

Sunsfan88 watch the Draft Express scouting report dated 6-17-12. Lacking a motor is not one of his problems although he certainly has correctable weaknesses. See video link below from Draftexpress.

Moultrie has issues like taking plays off and not playing good defense but he does not lack a motor. Hopefully his weaknesses can be improved. He did lead the SEC in rebounding. Also he is still young and with some coaching he should only get better.

Again if Moultrie were more polished he would be going early in the draft.

I like Moultrie and I would definitely draft him but just not at #13. I wouldn't mind him at #19 (if we get Orlando's pick) or later cause I think that's his worth.

There's really no telling what's going to happen now. The #12 is in no mans land. I don't expect Houston to pick there unless they can't get Howard or Josh Smith, but I figure they're still trying to trade their picks to move further up.

They are now the New England Patriots of the NBA with their ability to move around. The Suns better not deal with them or they will get fleeced again.
