If not for a little luck at the end of the Panthers game we would be sitting at 0-3. How does this team go scoreless in the 2nd half today vs Seahawks? I dont think they even made it into the redzone at all in the 2nd half. On that second to last drive- following the PI penalty that gave them a 1st down- the play calling was hideous. Cardinals had 3 timeouts left yet never even attempted a running play to stop the Seahawks pass rush. Three straight passes with the Seahawks teeing off on Kolb each play. A draw or middles screen would of been perfect.

I will say im happy with Kolbs upside and Fitz is under contract for the next 5 years. Outside of that not a lot to be excited about so far.

Go Cardinals!

You have lost 2 games by a combined 4 points and won one by 7. Someone said we are playing to our competition and that is no lie.

I freaking love Kevin Kolb.

Kolb delivered his postgame remarks with appropriate levels of regret and perspective. He wasn't buying the idea that Arizona, having lost a fourth-quarter lead during a 22-21 defeat at Washington last week, was only a couple plays away from being 3-0.

"Guess what, we're one play away from being 0-3, too, because Carolina had the ball there at the end," Kolb said refreshingly. "This game comes down to that. It's an inch in this league and you better be willing to go get that inch."

No BS. Just takes responsibility. I would want this guy as my employee.

Could be 0-3, could be 3-0, we are 1-2.

We have played 3 incredibly entertaining football games. Above all else, I pay money to this organization because I find it entertaining to do so. I hope we keep playing entertaining football games, and find ways to win these games we have given away so far. That would sure be an upgrade over how last year turned out!

What no one is talkingnabout is that we could easily be 2-1.

It's the elephant in the room, apparently.

I really like Kolb, no one should panic on him yet, I'm not.

He seems smallish and needs a better oline than we have to work his mojo, he can take a hit but you should't let him get chased around like we do, we need to do a better job of running and calling the game to get his legs under him.

I think he's a great QB find, but we have a lot of building around him to do and he needs to get worked into the system better, this year is basically tough because of the short offseason to be a new QB on a team, just the luck of the draw on that one.

Now that Beanie is hurt and Williams too, we're screwed on the running part, time to dust off the screens and draws, ha .

I'm not too worried about this year, I think we're going to get better but it's just maddening how the same holes are always there, no reason for it.

True. We could also be 0-fer.

I think the difference in the two is we do not look that good. :( But, again, it's early and a short preseason, so who knows what can happen?

Teams that change anything this year major are in a tough spot, changing a DC is major, we also changed QB's, that's major.

We changed CB's, that's pretty major too.

We have been in every game so far with a chance to win in the end, it's not that bad.

It's not surprising we don't look good now, the same old problems being there isn't surprising either, although it's maddening to watch.

I never had high expectations so I'm mildly amused by this stuff and not at all worried about the season, I think we'll get better as the year goes on.

Why we can't build an oline is one of the great mysterys of life I guess.

This is really only the case if we play well or beat a good football team. Based on what I saw from the Giants this morning I expect them to come in and handle us easily. So far, what I've witnessed is us playing mediocre football against three mediocre teams.

Does anyone expect the Panthers, Redskins, or Seahawks to make the playoffs this year? If we were actually good, we'd have dismantled those teams. The question I'm asking myself is are we merely mediocre, or are we awful?

If we can hang with New York, I'll have some faith we can pull it together, stay in the NFC West chase for the year, and finish around 7-9. If they take us apart, I'll be convinced that we're topping out at 6 wins and Whis enters 2012 on a very hot seat.

It's so funny when someone says "Here's reality." And then proceeds to post pure speculation and hypotheticals... Kinda like the incorrect usage of "Literally."

It Literally makes my head explode. ;)

Were 1-2 in reality, literally.
