Yeah, I noticed the door wiping effort on the way out, but wasn't noticing him not touching anything while inside. I got the feeling the shooting was a spontanious decision after Christopher realized he said way too much.

That's a good guess for sure. Lot's of drama there, and it would leave open the door for a future movie.

doesn't it seem like every year there's a buildup towards a mob war, but ultimately it ends with one of Tony's guy taking a bat to the head, shotgun blast to the face, cutting off one's head, etc, etc. I think the same goes here. Tony has to kill the person he looks at as his son - that's about as tragic as it gets imo.

It sure seems like it's heading that way. Either that or Chris is going to off Tony and AJ takes out Chris. (I think Tony will kill Chris, tho)
AJ is starting to follow in Tonys steps with the gambling racket his buddies are running. Did you see his face when the kid said "Do you know who this is? This is Tony Soprano Jr." That was a good turning point scene along with the sulfuric acid to the dudes toe, AJ looked excited.

Too bad AJ is so short.

at this point, I want Tony dead. They've done a REALLY good job of highlighting just how much of a socio-path, piece of garbage he is this season.

The last half of that episode was seriously boring. Someone at the office said it was the best episode ever. Don't think so.

It seems David Chase will now punish us for liking the sociopaths on the show by breaking down each of the characters.

Seriously...very boring. I kept waiting for something to happen there, but no.

Tony snuffing Xtopher? He should be snuffing Paulie, since that's who is going to kill him anyway. :p

Boring? You got Tony banging a hot chick, psychodelic drug taking, and kids throwing around the "N" word while beating up on other kids and running over bicycles. What more do you want? You gonna find that on Law & Order???

How many murders do you need in a show to keep you happy? :p

Storywise I liked it (and that Chris was a yoke around Tony's neck and the reason his luck was gone) but it just seemed to be going somewhere.

Maybe it was the peyote, but it seemed to move very slow in the second half.

Tony's banged so many hot chicks that it doesn't even register anymore. :D

Wonder whatever happened to Artie?

We'll probably have a whole episode dedicated to him.

There's a whole three episodes left, so we have Artie, Carm's Dad and Adrianna's drunk mom to focus on. Along the way Tony will be popped by the feds and get off because of the terrorist info and live in AZ, or get killed.

Don't forget the flashback about the childhood of the Asian guy who beat up Uncle Junior.

Peter Paul's line from two weeks ago just cracked me up:

"Who cares by then she will be working here (at the Bing)."

That was almost top ten.

Anyone remember what Tony told Janice they did with Richie as she got on the Greyhound bus?
