Ugh. Suns down 35-52 after the 2nd quarter. Suns shooting 30%, Jazz 48%. Just ugh. Suns had 18 points in the paint after the 2nd quarter, Jazz 30. :( Given that we have a back to back tommorrow, at what point do we rest the starters if we can't get the game close again?

Inexcusable lack of heart and effort tonight. We're going to lose by 30+ if we don't pull our heads out of our rears soon.

Can someone answer me, do we HAVE to win this game to stay alive?

No, I don't think so. We might be able to afford another loss too. But one more loss past that particularly to the Mavs and I think our playoff chance is pretty much 0%.

SUns have missed their 1st 6 shots of the 3rd quarter. Sigh.

The thing that is so frustrating about tonight is not the missed shots and missed layups (though I wanted to throw the remote at the TV after every missed layup), it's the fact that we are being out hustled and outsmarted. I desperately want one of those players that have a killer instinct. The players that in the most important times and situations look like they would literally die to win the game. It just seems like this team doesn't get up for big games nor get lazy on unimportant games.

Although Nash has been terrific for the Suns and has brought an unbelievably exciting brand of basketball to Phoenix, I miss having a player like Barkley who you know you will get a big game from in the most important times.

Don't get me wrong, I am not pissed at this team for losing tonight because the Jazz are a good team and Utah is one of the most difficult places to play in the NBA, but the lack of effort is upsetting.

No, but we'll have to win the rest of the way.

The loss isn't that bad. It's expected. What's bad is how non competitive it is, considering we have to beat Hornets in NO and the Mavs in Dallas.

Has to be among the worst games in the careers of Nash, Shaq, and Jason Richardson.

A combined 5 of 26.

Dragic at the 2 and Barnes turns it over YET AGAIN

Barnes makes a couple absolutely awful passes and decisions a game. Nash also has had some awful passes tonight.

Suns down 58-69 after the 3rd quarter. We were down by 19 at one point. Suns shooting 31%, Jazz 44%. Suns and Jazz have both committed 14 turnovers.:(

Nash has been late to make the pass lately, leading to TOs. Age makes him slower at turning the corner and reacting now

Nash may be back too early, when Dudley and Dragic with help by Hill were doing just fine making it 4 pt game!
