espn commentators touched on how making the offensive gameplan around shaq wasnt working.
now that the offense is more open/spread, they seem to be flowing better.

anyway, can the suns hold an opponent under 100pts?

Minutes were monitored so well in the first half. But at the end of the game Grant Hill has 36 mins played, Nash has 33, Shaq has 33. Just terrible job of keeping these guys fresh, we're playing a road back to back.
It's esp a concern with Hill who struggles a bit in back to backs already, but really struggles when he plays high minutes in th first game.

Anybody catch Nash dancing to YMCA on the bench just now?

So did everybody hear? The Lakers beat the Cavs....apparently no one knows, that's why ESPN is telling us every 5 minutes

Hard to monitor minutes when your trying to win a game and have no depth on your roster. Why we have always sucked on the second half of back to backs

nash needs to pick up early fouls in the 1st half to get everyone some rest, including himself.

A hard fought win, I would have liked for them to have been more consistent, but I will take the win.

Nash was unbelievable tonight, I thought Barbosa and Richardson were great tonight as well. Amare was better in the first half and while Shaq struggled, he did finish with a 20/10 game.

It seemed as though we got the benefit of the doubt with the Pistons and their turnovers, but it is better to see that from the opposing team...

Jrich has 20+ points the last 4 games.

He had 21 tonight even though he had a bad night offensively.

Hopefully he keeps it up.

I want him to be defended by AI every night, Jason would average like 30 points a game.

I understand that. But I just saw the Suns play with out nash for an extended period in the first half & the Suns were alright with out him for the most part. I just thought they could have found an extra 2 minutes for him to rest. Especially with how sometimes our offense consists of jogging up and dumping in to Shaq. We really don't have anyone on the roster who could cover that responsibility for a minute or 2 in the second half?

Just another game where they try to play it out without Amar'e in the fourth. This has been happening ever since the trade rumors started. They have been shafting him more and more I think they are trying to get used to him not being there. J-rich started scoring more along with Barbosa and Shaq still gets his. They are slowly using Amar'e less and less I see a trade coming. Did he even take a shot in that fourth quarter? All I saw was him set screens and nash passed it to someone else or shot it.

good win for the suns tonight vs the pistons Amare and Nash really showed up tonight same with shaq. It would be nice to go on a little win streak here before the all star break

Good win. :) I thought we played very good in the 1st half and ok I suppose in the 2nd half.

The Suns had 31 fast break points to the Pistons 13.

The Suns had 66 points in the paint to the Pistons 26.

It's nice to see Hill finally win in Detroit after leaving the Pistons. :)

Amare had some nice stats but he seemed to disappear in the second half of the game for the most part. I guess it could be he was staying home on Rasheed at 3 point range.
