Whiners at Cardinals Official Game Thread 9-21-2014

This team is learning how to win and finding ways to win.

The old Cards played not to lose and found ways to lose.

Their belief surprises me actually. When they interviewed offensive guys after the SD game, to a man, they said they knew the D would stop them. I wasn't so sure frankly. But this team believes. And not just in their unit, they believe in the team. I love it. I feel good about this team. Really good.

What a good feeling. I will learn not to doubt these coaches at some point. I did not see a win today which makes it all that much sweeter.

Dawg and some others stayed confident no matter what in the game thread.

Kudos to them as I was down at the half. Awesome second half of football although Larry almost made me cry. I am still pumped up about this game.

Right? And the confidence and heart is there.

Agreed man. He's tough. And he's smart with the football, except for a couple of plays. Really smart. I like that he gives the team a chance to win by not turning it over. That is so huge. I said this when we had Horton, that if we just had a smart, even average QB, we would win games, but we kept putting guys out there who threw INTs.

Stanton can be that dude and more if Carson can't return for a few games. I think it's more likely Carson sits with the way Stanton is playing, assuming he's not totally healthy of course.

Checked my phone and the ticker for a fabulous win even though I didnt watch it.

1. Did Honey Badger start or play? How was he?
2. How was Cooper?
3. Okafor?
4. Did we have anything that resembled a pass rush?
5. I knew Kaepernick lit us up again, was PP21 abused??

Cooper did a great job warming up Thomas right after Stanton got crushed, I thought.

Badger played. He made some plays but still does not seem to have all his quickness yet

Agree with everything but the pass rush, it was there for the first time this season but the Krapper was nice with his scramble skills, he almost killed us until Bowles adjusted.
