    Yes, he is, but not all free agents are qualifying free agents for the comp pick formula. For example if a guy is a free agent because he was cut, he is not a qualifying free agent.

    Mike Caldwell is the guy Bowles has had under his wings since their time in Philly in 2012. Caldwell is attached to Bowles hip. If it is an in house guy, Caldwell is most likely the guy. Players absolutely love the guy as well.

    It wont help in the parking lot or the concourse but there are 3 no drinking sections they call family friendly area's. Sections 114, 424 & 432. I have done the 114 section with my nieces and nephews and they are pretty tame.

    That is because players don't show up to games having to be helped there seats because they are to drunk to figure out how stairs work. They spend 100+ to go to a game they wont even remember.

    BA talks a lot of guys up. He also talks a lot of guys down to. The guy is the master of coach speak in order to try and motivate guys. I think the proof is in the pudding and ff BA thought so much of the guy I think he would have given more then 9 total snaps in the first 3 preseason games.

    Ryan Williams goes from 2nd round pick in 2011 to practice squad in 2014. If they didn't make the new PS rules this year, he would have been out of football completely. No one even put in a waiver claim for him.
