I was never high on the signing away. This just puts the cap on the bottle.

Chris Jones played solid all things considered.

Wishing the best for his recovery though.

My gut says Alford is done...There was so much hope for this signing...Much like the signing of Marcus Gilbert...Oh well.

Call it bad luck or a bad gamble, but any way you cut it, it is these wasted moves which crush optomism regarding Keim. Have consistently occured during his tenure as GM.

Really?

He was pretty inconsistent in Atlanta. At least with Gilbert, he was pretty damn good at his position.

Why would they vote him to their all decade team then?

Don't know much about him prior to the Cards signing him. Most of the bad reviews I've read of him are on this board.

It was a subpar year for us in free agency, but he was regarded as our top signing that year.

Also the two guys Wolf and Calvisi relentlessly promoted as keys to improving this season. What a joke.

How Keim is to blame for a torn ACL, broken leg, Covid-19 and a torn pec escapes me.

Lol... guys who perpetually get injured, perpetually get injured, especially on the wrong side of 30. Signing them to big money deals or giving up assets to get them is dubious enough. Depending on them to be starters after they AGAIN prove their bodies are breaking down is perpetually stupid.

you’re inability to admit people could see this coming is becoming like a certain member of the board’s inability to admit he was wrong about herd immunity.
