Hard to come up with anything solid to back that up though after a 193.5 YPG season with 18 passing TD's. Sure, there are all kinds of scheme reasons for that but still, no evidence.
Kyler has been pretty rough down field but it's my belief that a lot of his issues stem from processing rather than ability to throw the ball.
I mean, I guess if you're going to look at counting stats.
Hurts: 68.7% completions,
8.0 YPA, 103.7 passer rating, 6.93 adjusted net yards per attempt, 4.2 completed air yards per attempt
Murray:
68.8% completions, 7.1 YPA, 93.5 passer rating, 6.23 adjusted net yards per attempt, 3.5 completed air yards per attempt
I don't really care what the reasons are. Kyler was documentably a worse passer in 2025 than Jalen Hurts.
